Then not only did I get white hair around my face but gray hairs throughout AND dark roots. I can very lightly spritz this color all over my hair - not just roots - quickly brush it thru and my hair looks great! Almost as good as before I started loosing my color. Better than any other color I’ve used. Feels clean and looks perfectly natural. And I use only a little. Truly magic!

This product reminds me of the spray in Halloween hair dye. It is sticky and gross. You can’t run your fingers thorough your hair without feeling the funk and seeing it all over your hands, fingers, and nails. It does somewhat cover the grays if you are desperate and need a quick fix to hide them in a styled updo.

I want to leave an outstanding review on this product. I’m so afraid they will discontinue it and I’ve never found anything that works so good on my hair. I was a true strawberry blonde all my life until I started to gray. NOTHING covered the gray or looked like my natural hair color till this came along. And it’s so easy. I just lightly spritz it on and brush it thru and it looks so natural. Love it love it love it!!!

Got some blonde highlights with no fuss

I’m in my 70’s and have natural gray fine thin hair. The back has brassiness but it blends rather nicely, however the sides and top are gray. My complexion is not suited for gray around my face. I wanted a simple fix that would not involve hair dyes. I had used similar products before to cover roots when I used hair color. I used this product once and am sold! Sprayed it lightly on the sides and combed thru my locks, let it dry then fluffed it out. Really looks natural and gives my complexion the lift I wanted.

I received this product complimentary to test; it mildly worked but was a very uncomfortable texture and unnatural look. Ive seen the tik toks where blondes go brunette with the product, so there could be potential with the brunette color version.

Color didn’t match-otherwise still just okay

I tried this product free thanks to influenster back when I was blonde. Since I didnt get to pick the color, it did not match-however I didnt take any stars off for that as I couldnt pick the color. I was surprised how well it covered my roots, but I have a hard time believing it could get dark roots as light as it claims. It doesnt feel heavy at all, but it does leave a little residue kind of like if you have too much dry shampoo in.

Beware Blondes

I think the concept of this product was so great, unfortunately it did not work at all for my hair/lifestyle. The color was dark, brassy, and almost orange-ish and did not blend well. It immediately made my hair look greasy, as you can see in the picture. Even after attempting to brush it through, my hair looked very dirty and wet almost. I do have fine hair so it could just be a texture issue? I was able to pull it back and mix in some dry shampoo and did attempt to wear it for a day while working from home/running errands to see if it got better once it was warmed on the scalp/blown out by the wind. Unfortunately, it did not. I even began to sweat it out as the day went on. I LOVE LOral products, and strictly purchase all of my shampoo/conditioner/boxed dyes from their lines, however I would not ever purchase this item in the future. It simply wasnt for me. I will continue using their other blonde-concentrated products though, and would recommend those products (EverPure, boxed dyes, etc.) as alternatives if you had a poor experience with this product as well.

I like this product, but I think if my hair was more contrast it would make more of a difference. It was super easy to use and didnt get everywhere.

Good for a quick touch up

This product was really good, like other people have said, during the pandemic if you could not touch up your hair by going to a salon or do not want to use box dye. It does wash out rather easily like those spray hair color cans during Halloween. I do think it is just a better formulated one of those. However, it kinda reminded me of dry shampoo a bit, it doesnt just magically make your hair that shade it more or so just mixes with your hair color. It does take a long time to dry so you cant just use it immediately before going out. Lastly, I would not recommend using if you have a balayage since it does kinda make it look a little weird even if the balayage was growing out.

Decent when in a pinch

I received this product for free from Influenster in lieu of my honest opinion. This product is a decent product when in a pinch, or in our case, on quarantine and unable to go to the salon. This product is easy to apply, but the biggest downside is that it takes so long to dry. It washes out easily which is also a huge plus. Overall this product is great if you can't actually touch up your roots!

I like the concept and idea however I did not get the results that were advertised and have the exact blonde color as well as dark roots. It turned the dark roots a tad bit lighter but no where near what was advertised.

So idk if I can give an honest review since I had dyed my hair brown by the time Influenster sent this to me to try (for free) . But I thought it was amazing, I used it to put some highlights in my hair and it really works. The only thing I didnt like was the aerosol smell, it kinda took my breath away. But other than that I will continue to buy for my ever changing hair color to add some extra highlights or to touch up my roots when I go back to blonde.

I wasnt expecting to not be able to go to my hair dresser to get touch ups during this time, so it was nice to get this in the mail. It worked well for the time being, but the sprayability and consistency lacked finesse. Will most likely not purchase this in the future and just go to my hairdresser to get my roots touched up.

I work for a salon so I am used to using Loral professional products, not loral paris. This did the job but I dont think it works quite as well as the professional line but its definitely worth it for the price!

This root cover up really is magic! The color looks so natural, & the applicator makes it so easy to spray on. It claims that it lasts through one shampoo & I found that to be true, it only faded just a little bit!

Didnt work as well as I would have liked. Works more as a dry shampoo than an actual color. I sprayed on my roots but then as I brushed and styled my hair you couldnt tell I used it.

Good for covering up brass

I have naturally ashy dark hair but I have been bleaching it blonde for years. Recently, I had let me roots grow out for like 6 months lol I know I know. Anyway, when I finally got my hair done, the new bleached roots were brassy. Bleh. I used this root touch up and it made the roots match the rest of my cool blonde toned hair! great, when i could get it out of the can...

The product was great when it came out, but it quickly clogged and no longer functioned. I tried to remove the clog but nothing worked. So when it functioned properly, it was easy to blend and very seamless coverage. I have a balayage and the light blonde was nice to lighten up my roots. Sadly I could only use it once before the sprayer stopped working. Oh well, hope everyone else had better luck!

Great to use until you can get to your stylist!

Blends seamlessly, good coverage and decent application! It's perfect to use when you start to need to go back to your hair dresser but maybe can't for a few weeks, this will save you! It does last a few days and application is fairly easy. Basically, it's practice makes perfect when applying. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has blonde hair with dark roots.

I love LOral products in general so I was very excited to try this. Ive never used a root cover up before but I was surprised at how easy it was to use. The color actually blended very well and I would definitely consider buying this again in the future. I would recommend doing a test strand first to make sure it works well for you because I know everyones hair is different.

I have darker hair naturally so my roots stick out quick. It has great coverage and blends really well with my hair color. It even helps my hair look more full! Its not expensive, its a quick and easy to use.

This is a great and easy fix for roots in between salon visits. It has become my new go to since the salons have been closed due to the health pandemic. I have recommended to family and friends! Great price too!

It wasnt the perfect matching color but it didnt look weird. Its quick, easy, and cheap compared to getting an actual root touch up ever few weeks.

I received this product in an influenster test box, and really liked it. I haven't been able to get to the salon consistently recently so this was really a great option to have. I don't like using at-home stuff generally, but this made it easy and was a great stand in!

Conceals color but weird

I received this complimentary to try and review. The spray did cover up roots, but left a weird look and feeling. If you touched it, it rubs off. Also the nozzle is a very fine spray that is hard to do yourself without leaving weird lines.

This product works well in a pinch when youve gone a little too long between touch ups or when you want to wear an updo and dont want your roots to be a totally different color than the rest of your style. Definitely good to have just in case! Stays put, no bad smell, natural color

The color of the product looks really natural. However, it really made my hair feel stiff and dry (almost as if I used way too much dry shampoo. I will definitely still use it, however, I recommend not leaving it in your hair for more than 12 hours.

I received this product complimentary from Influenster. I tried it multiple times but it didnt do anything for my hair. It is very straight forward and easy to use but it didnt show up on my roots. I wouldnt purchase this product.
