Easy to fine the products and to get information on new products

I’m soooo impressed with how deeply moisturizing this conditioner is! My hair feels so soft, hydrated, and smooth right after washing, without feeling heavy or weighed down. Which i’ve never really experienced with any other conditioners i’ve tried! I don’t use the matching shampoo cause i have an oily scalp so i use it with a shampoo that’s better for my scalp. Currently with the state of my hair I find that I don’t need an additional leave-in conditioner cream just a light hair oil to seal everything in works perfectly for me. I’m excited to see how this routine will work overtime as my hair grows!

I actually really love this shampoo so I ended up buying 2 sets of the pump bottles of shampoo and conditioner. My issue is the shampoo pump bottle didn't work BOTH times and the last time I bought it because I had to screw the lid off to dispense the shampoo that it fell inside and outside my shower several times. It's not very easy to clean up first of all but really disappointing when you lose over half of the product on the floor. Plus it's dangerous and it made me slip and fall in the shower due to spill. I love the shampoo it makes my hair shiny and smooth as I have super thin fine hair but I probably won't be buying another pump dispenser bottle. I will just have to deal with the smaller bottles.

I stared at the L'Oreal center aisle kiosk in Walmart for a long time. The pictures didn't also have captions that say for this look, get this bottle. I am a tired....ok, beyond tired person but felt so frustrated. I looked for an employee for a long time and that didn't pan out. I bought 3 different shampoo types, so I got more than I wanted/needed.......because I was confused. Today I went on the Walmart website and now I see the exact shampoo I actually would have wanted. One I didn't get. I think there is so much emphasis on the science, on the fancy ingredients.......that all I felt was confused. Granted I am disabled and have to cope daily with brain fog......but I am at heart a girl who wanted to transform my hair. I know right........a customer wanting transformation regarding her hair! We can all smile at that, but seriously, I think you could simplify the bottles and the kiosk with better and much more helpful information. My hair is at shoulder length, it is fine but very thick hair. It is naturally curly......the kind of texture that dries with loose curls but if you brush it out, it turns into a big wild head of oversized fuzz.......in the poodle fuzzy overly puffy style or perhaps Einstein hair at it's worst. I have limited use of my arms so a lot of tools are beyond difficult for me to use. I use products to tame and create a pretty look. I have soft white curly hair. I can share some of the L'Oreal with a pal or gift it to family........and I can be accountable for buying the wrong choices to a point. If it was promoted in a simpler way I really believe it would have been a more successful choice for me right out of the gate. I have seen this advertised on TV and in stores for some time and was curious, but that day ......I was so confused. I looked at the three pictures and sighed repeatedly and thought........why not put OILY, DRY, CURLY or whatever other products you have bottled in BIGGER BOLDER fonts to simplify it for someone like me. There are so many products on the market vying for our attention. It gets really loud and feels too complicated in our heads. I used one of the shampoos for the first time yesterday, my hair was curly but not well defined. Had a fuzzy overall look. Today I tried shampoo no. 2........and am waiting to see how that goes. Usually I only wash my hair every other day for best results.......but not this time. Thanks for listening........buying 3 different kinds doesn't hurt your sales numbers.....but it makes me feel that had the information been easier during the selection process I'd be happier (for me and with you) and I would already have the one that showed the most promise for my hair. Because I bought three shampoo types I didn't get any conditioner at all........by the time I picked out three and hoped for the best I was too tired to sort through the conditioners. I was wiped out. The two options I tried have a lovely soft scent......the hunt for transformed hair continues. I put a bottle of the orange cream bottle meant for curly hair in my shopping cart for my next order. Thanks for listening........do you have a simple spray on product for curly hair definition? I'm going to take a nap!

[Employee of loreal] My hair and skin can get really dry, especially during winter months. And recently I was noticing a lot of dandruff and needed to switch shampoo. I grabbed this one at the store and don’t think I’ll ever need to switch again! It makes my hair so soft and my scalp hydrated. Absolutely love it! Does everything it says and smells fantastic!

I bought this from conditioner at Target and it has a foul smell, kind of like ammonia or hair dye.

I've been using it last 6 months. The latest bottle has a horrible odor. By the time I went to blow dry it I wanted to gag. I won’t be using it again. Did the formula recently change? I’m so disappointed it was my holy grail.

Can't even get the bottle open because I can't get the pump lid open! Been spinning it counter clockwise and it isn't opening 😡
