MODO DE USO
Glycolic + Gloss Leave-In Serum ofrece mejores resultados si se usa como parte del sistema completo de cuidado capilar Glycolic + Gloss de L'Oréal Paris Elvive. Para conseguir un brillo y una suavidad como los de peluquería en casa, sigue estos sencillos pasos:
Paso 1: Shampoo.
Empieza lavándote el cabello con Glycolic + Gloss Shine Boosting Shampoo para eliminar los residuos y prepararlo para un brillo máximo.
Paso 2: Acondicionar.
Aplicar Glycolic + Gloss Shine Boosting Conditioner para cubrir el cabello, centrándote en los medios y las puntas. Déjalo actuar durante 1 o 2 minutos y luego enjuágalo bien para conseguir un cabello suave y desenredado.
Paso 3: Aplicar el sérum en el cabello húmedo.

To preface- I have really easy to manage hair (straight/black/thick). I pair the serum with leave in conditioner with argon oil infused with it.
This product has really added so much shine and vibrancy to my hair. It took a while for me to see the results about a month of consistent use, hence 4 stars.
Another aspect I noticed is my hair holds more moisture than before integrating it with my hair care. I know glycolic acid helps with moisture absorption but I wasn’t expecting such amazing results.
Truly the most bang for your buck and I will be repurchasing this serum.

Waste of Money. No Shine. Stiff Hair.

My hair is color processed, wavy, thick, and long. I've used biosilk for years, still my fave but ran out and wanted to try this for the shine. Not only did it fail the shine test, by leaving my hair dull, but it made my hair stiffer. I have to wash it off just to comb it. It leaves a glue-like stiff feel to my hair. No shine. Such a waste of money. I got this at Target and want a refund, it's so bad. The smell is nice. That's the 1 star. Never again. I get more shine from biosilk or plain coconut oil. I will be doing a review on my YouTube channel; Mouthy Fox.I'd love to give L'Oreal another chance here. Do you have another shine gloss product I can try or exchange this bottle for?

Wow is all I can say when I use this product. It has a lightweight serum like texture and does not make hair look or feel greasy. Upon applying to the hair, it makes hair look so incredibly shiny. On top of the shine, it makes your hair feel so smooth.

From this line, I definitely liked this hair serum the best! The smell is great, it really does tame my frizzy, and it’s not heavy so it doesn’t weigh down my waves. I like that it comes in a pump bottle as well; easy to use! It has a nice smooth texture too that makes it glide really well/applies smoothly.

I like the packing, it is my first time trying a leave in serum but I’m very happy with it, the texture is not oily which I like a lot cause my hair is already a little bit greasy so adding oils to it is not a good idea, very light texture and great smell!

I do not really use leave in serums but I tried this one. It has a very nice scent and the scent seems to last for hours after use. It works well but my hair is very oily so it did not last to long.

At 6 months postpartum, I've been really struggling with dull, thinning hair and had pretty much accepted that's just how it was going to be. After all, I didn't have time for an elaborate hair care routine with an infant and a toddler. While it obviously can't restore my prenatal hair, the Elvive system has definitely brought life back to my dull frizzy hair! I've been using all 3 products together and can definitely see and feel a difference. My hair is smooth, shiny, and smells amazing!!

I received this product as part of a promotion and used it with the rest of the Elvive Glycolic + Gloss line with the shampoo and conditioner. The pink packaging is nice, great ingredients and the set seems to be a great value. This summer my hair has been very frizzy and hard to control. Here is my before and after, it’s made a huge improvement on my texture and smells great.

Smoothing but slightly greasy

The L’Oreal Paris Elvive Glycolic + Gloss High Shine Leave-In Serum makes my hair quite shiny and the scent is pleasant.
Unfortunately, it also makes my hair get greasy/oily a lot faster. I find that I have to wash my hair daily rather than every other day or every third day like I normally would.
I have very thick hair that goes past my shoulders and used as little as one pump, so I don’t think that it’s user error.
I’ve tried it several different ways. I’ve used it on wet hair, dry hair, heat styled hair, and air dried hair. It smooths my hair nicely, regardless of which method I use, so as long as I don’t mind washing my hair a little bit more often, this makes my hair look really nice.

The scent is pleasant and subtle, lingering just enough after application. My hair is long, fine, and untreated, and my scalp tends toward dry. Improved Split Ends

This serum was ok. After using it for a month (with 2 uses per week,) I can’t say I noticed a significant difference in my hair’s shininess. (I used it with the Elvive Conditioner and Shampoo.)
Pros: the serum was my favorite product out of the three from this Glycolic and Gloss collection. I feel like if any one product out of the group was helping improve my hair’s dullness, it was the serum. Also, I think the serum, along with the conditioner, had some improvement on my split ends.
Like with the shampoo and conditioner, the serum does have a strong perfume-y sent, but I found it more tolerable in the serum.
There’s a sunburn warning on the bottle due to the AHA in the products. It suggests “limiting sun exposure while using this product.” Good to have the warning, but for me, in the summertime, it made me hesitant to use it on days where I knew I’d be outside a lot. Too much hassle from that perspective. In the winter though, I wouldn’t think twice.
Overall, not a bad product, but not for me. I’ll finish the bottles, and see if there’s any improvement to my hair’s dullness, but I won’t repurchase.

This product smells good but I think it might just be too heavy of a product for my fine hair. It didn’t leave any residue or anything like that but it felt like it weighed my hair down a bit.
Would recommend for thicker hair types as my daughter tried it and no weigh down at all.

I’ve been using this product in combination with the shampoo and conditioner for a couple of weeks and let me tell you!!! I’ve noticed a huge difference in the shine of my hair (which is hard to do with blonde hair) my hair feels smooth and easy to brush. I’ve used this when my hair was damp and when i was dry. It does not seem to weigh down my hair and doesn’t make my hair feel greasy which is amazing for my fine hair

I have very dry bleached hair and I blow dry it. I really liked the smell of this serum it has notes of grapefruit but not overly so. I tried it on dry hair and damp hair prior to blowing it out. In my opinion it works much better on wet hair. I used a very tiny amount on my freshly blown out hair and it almost made is feel more dry and brittle and did little to add shine.

This product is amazing ! I definitely will get more. It smells great and makes my hair so soft !!! The pink packaging is very pretty and catches your eyes.

It's okay. It isn't anything special to write home about. I kept trying to use it and kept getting so disappointed by it. I'm sure it works well for people with other hair types but it isn't anything special for me.
