I have been using this for a couple of years and I am so happy to say that my skin has improved and looks more youthful. I will be 70 in March, and people who haven't seen me for a while compliment me that I am looking younger.

The "light" is orange

I bought this in "light", actually worried because often times anything in "light" is too white for my face, but I knew medium wouldn't work all through the winter. Anyways, I put it on, and I think it felt alright but I'm not sure because I immediately wiped it back off. It was so orange. Ridiculously orange for anything titled "light". I'm not sure if I want to try the "fair". I didn't see it in the store, and I'm a True Match loyalist. I don't know why I ever stray... ugh.

Fair / Pale

For the past 10 years, the Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream in Fair/Pale was my favorite daily product. It was lightweight, highly moisturizing, fragrance-free, and gave a natural, even skin tone without settling into fine lines. It felt like skincare, not makeup, and was perfect for my very pale complexion.
I was disappointed to see it discontinued. The current lightest shade is too dark and orange for me. I have tried several replacements but haven’t found one that matches the original’s lightweight feel and performance.
I hope L’Oréal will bring back the Magic BB Cream in Fair/Pale or create a similar lightweight, moisturizing, fragrance-free option in true pale/cool tones. Many fair-skinned customers would be very happy to have it back.

It was a perfect product until you stopped making

I'm here to add another plea to bring back Fair! I've been using it happily for over a decade and don't understand why you discontinued it. It was perfect for us pale people who are so often overlooked in skin tints. And no I don't want to try the other product you recommend. My skin is sensitive and I don't like trying new things that might cause a reaction plus another review already said it was too orange. Tell your development team to stop the pale people discrimination and bring back Fair, it's the fair thing to do!!

Giving 1 star bc fair was discontinued. You removed it bc of the shade name with the goal of making skincare more inclusive but all you did was exclude an already excluded skin tone. And then use "fair" as a skin tone option on this literal review. What a joke.
Dark complexions and very pale complexions already struggle to find shades that match...the next shade is darker by MULTIPLE shades. Im irritated i wasted my money, I had no interest of looking like I was channeling my inner y2k with maybelline dream matte mousse. I even bought the lumi priduct that Loreal recommends as a replacement, still too orange and more money wasted. Im no longer buying this brand for anything, you lost a customer whose been loyal for well over 5 years for multiple products.

Please please please bring back the fair shade.
It has been my go-to for so long, I've tried everything else and nothing comes close.
Light is wayyyy to orange for my Scandinavian complexion.
I've tried so many alternatives from all kinds of brands and I'd rather go without anything at this point.
Please, I beg you, formulation, tint, weight,... this was just perfect.

Light Shade Won't Work

Please bring back Fair!! Just admit you made a mistake. It's obvious by all the reviews and comments across multiple seller websites that Light is not a good substitute. I also don't like the suggestion to try another of your products instead. I already found what I want - this BB Cream - and I don't want to start trying products all over again.

Bring back Fair!!! Ive used this product for years. I "accidentally" bought Light because it was the lightest at the store and was wondering what ws happening that my color was off. It was when I had my travel bag out and realized I use Fair. No wonder my color was off. Please consider the full spectrum of diversity and bring Fair back.

The best BB Cream!!

L’Oréal BB Cream has been the best find for my skin and my confidence. As someone who never liked face foundation, I’ve tried many BB Creams looking for a more natural look with a tinted lotion that would hydrate my skin and give me an even skin tone but nothing even came close until I used L’Oréal’s BB Cream. It perfects my skin and gives my face a natural radiant glow.

I have gotten to the age where liquid foundation gets cakey and does not absorb well into my skin. I tried this last year and I love it. I put my serum on add this to it and then top off with a bit of powder and I love it. I also get lots of compliments and it does not take but 5 minutes start to finish! Want to try the anti fatigue as well. But I am jot in a hurry love it!

So so so disappointed in discontinued FAIR shade. I had finally found a brand I could wear that didn’t turn orange and blended with my tone perfectly. Light is too dark and wrong shade for my tone!

Bring back the Fair as Natural Please🩷

You marketed and labeled all your shades wrong since this came out. The Light should be labeled Tan and the Fair you discontinued should have been labeled Natural not Fair. I am not the only one that is upset we can no longer get our Fair (Natural not Orange Tan shade.) Poor marketing and my skin is not even fair pale. The lighter shade that you discontinued was the perfect base before you added blush, eye shadow or any contouring. I have had nothing but skin issues trying to find a replacement. My skin had no blemishes for years and I'm a senior not a teen writing this. You guys really made a big mistake.

I can’t live without

Been using this product, at least 10 year of not close to it. It match my face and neck to a T. It melts right into you skin giving the right about of coverage. At least on me it, it’s very natural looking like if it’s my skin. I always feel like I look airbrush when I have it on. It’s my favor product.

Why would you discontinue the fair color?!?! I used it everyday and purchase many L’Oréal products. I guess it’s time to switch brands.

I love this product so much, but don’t buy it anymore since they got rid of the fair shade. PLEASE bring back the fair shade. The light shade is orange!

I have loved this BB cream for years but need the fair color. Please bring that back- it's the only shade that makes my 50+ year old skin look great.

This is literally the only bb cream that looks good on my skin. I have found nothing else that compares. Except I need the fair. PLEASE PLEASE bring it back. Everyone wants it back. If I knew it wasn't coming back I would have stocked up on it. PLEASE bring it back!!!!

Beautiful, but my color not available anymore

This is the only product that looks good on my 48 year old skin. Absolutely glowing. Except one problem. I NEED the FAIR color! Why is it not being sold anymore? Red heads needs foundation too.

This is the only makeup I can use as a 46 year old woman it leaves my skin looking like skin but perfected. I only wish you still carried fair color. I can’t find it anywhere now. Not even on this website.

Petition to bring back fair in BB cream!

I have used the shade Fair in the BB cream for 10 years!!! It was my absolute make up must have. I have told dozens of people about it. I can wear light in the summer but I am PALE. Fair is the ONLY color that matches the rest of the year. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!

I bought the Light when I couldn’t find Fair. The color is nowhere near being light—way too orange. I have used L’Oréal foundations for many years, but if the plan is to only offer the Light as the fairest bb cream, I will look to another brand. So disappointed….
