True Match Super-Blendable Crayon Concealer

I love this product and have used it for several years. However, the fact that it is has a pointed tip escapes me. (I mean, it's called a "crayon," but really?) It seems the product is a bit creamier in texture now, which is nice, but the first time I swipe it under my eyes, the tip breaks off! This has happened with EVERY TUBE I've used in the past couple of years. I have to squish the tip back down on the base, but it still comes off every time I use it. SO FRUSTRATING! Why don't you make the tip more rounded and less pointed? There is no way to twist the new product further down into the tube. I am not sure I can buy this product any more, and I do love it. Nothing else works as well on my very dark undereye circles. I would like a replacement product, please. Maybe the amount in the base - after the tip breaks off - will make up for what I lost in that tip. Please contact me to get my mailing information so you can send me a new tube. Thank you.

I use this to cover blemishes, acne scars - and it's just perfect. I've tried EVERY concealer and this one works without causing irritation or further breakouts Some I've used just make the breakouts worse. The consistency is just right...it's soft, but not liquid (obviously), I carry 2 colors with me at all times (fair and 4-5).

I purchased this product; it is great, does not irritate my eyes, but you cannot find a sharpener for it. So you only get a few uses and that's it! WASTE OF $$$$$$$

I have used and loved the crayon for years to cover a raised dark birth mark. Sadly the formula has been changed and it is too sheer and thin to do the job. I was very disappointed that my go to product was modified. The search continues for a replacement.

I have been buying this concealer for years and was disappointed to see they have changed the formula. It is much more sheer and oily than it was before and I no longer use it. I wish they would revert to their older formula, it was so much better

Unfortunately, this concealer shade did not work for me; it was noticeably warmer and a tad darker than my skin. The formula is decent, I think, but it's hard to say because I couldn't wear it out in public. I'm a very fair-skinned redhead with neutral-cool undertones. The old L'Oreal Infallible stick concealer (in the red tube) was my ride or die concealer from the moment I started wearing makeup to the day it was discontinued. (I don't think I'll ever forgive L'Oreal for getting rid of it.) I have a strong preference for stick concealers, because liquid formulas don't work well on my skin and potted creams are inconvenient. Unfortunately, I've yet to find another stick concealer that works on my extremely pale skin.

I bought this as an emergency concealer. It's so dry and bad that I still have it and it's intact.

I used the Crayon Concealer and was wonderful on my dark circles under my eyes. I have been looking for a concealer and I found the right one. I love this concealer and the color is totally a match for my skin tone with my dark underage circles. Thank you L'Oreal. I wish I could get a case of these if they were not too expensive.

This concealer works so well at hiding imperfections and stays put for hours. I use with the matching powder and it's a flawless-looking result!

I love the product, but I need more coverage. For ease, it's a great product and it's creamy and blendable. I did a yellow corrector underneath it and it helped. Great concept!

My age is catching up to me and at 36 years old I definitely need an excellent concealer. The super blendable crayon is perfect!

This the THE PERFECT concealer, but it seems something has changed in the past several months??? It is super greasy and does not stay! I really really hope they change it back for their most loyal consumers. I have been using it daily for the past 5 years. The plastic cap looks different now too, so I know there was a change. PLEASE change the formula back.

Only issue is I don't like the orange undertones of the bronzer one.

Its a good concealer but a rip off because of how little they give you.

Purchased this about two months ago and love it, blends really well. I love that it is very easy to use . Hides my dark circles and age spots. Will definitely be purchasing more, a darker shade also to use for contouring.

I will not buy a different concealer except for this one. It is the perfect shade for my skin tone, it has options of warm or neutral which helps with many skin tones. It blends so well and makes it look so natural. Absolutely love this product!

After years of trying every concealer imaginable, I am finished searching. the consistency is spot-on, soft enough to blend well, but not so soft that it settles into your fine lines. also, the packaging is perfect! I love that it's retractable.

Bought one of the darker shades to use as a contour crayon. It is very creamy and blendable.

This used to be an awesome concealer until they changed the formula. Despite the folks at L'Oreal insisting that the formula has not changed - it has. The pictures attached clearly shows that. The original had a smaller tip, and although shinier than the new fatter tip, it was a matte finish. The new formula is so greasy it doesn't cover and it doesn't last. I drew a line in ink on my hand and held it to the light. You can see how the newer formula is shiny and doesn't cover the line, while the old crayon did. Very disappointed L'Oreal!

As a face concealer, it's okay. I normally use this concealer to shape my brows where my brow bone is and blend it out.

This has been my favorite concealer for as long as i can remember. It covered everything flawlessly and was price great. In the past 5 to 6 months the formula is NOT the same! Its super creamy and greasy and not matte like it used to be. It does not cover anything anymore. I have literally gone to every local drug store and bought the old inventory. Now i have no choice but to look for other options. Please, please go back to the formula with the smaller tip that was matte!

I have been using this concealer for years. What happened to the consistency of it. It is now so oily and thin that it doesn't cover anything and doesn't stay in place no matter how much I set it. I now have to go through the trial and error process of trying to find something that is like what this used to be! Are you phasing this product out?
