Amazing for facial sweaters.

Perfect for the phoenix az summer heat! I am a facial sweater and unfortunately that means any makeup i wear that isn't sweatproof is gone and leaves bare patches around my forehead. Also prevents my liquid eyeliner from transferring onto just above my upper eyelid. Unfortunately you can accidentally inhale this post spray and it tastes horrid, so don't take a breath immediately after as it lingers a bit in the air. Only con is the size of the can I wish it was in a larger can cause it sells like hotcakes everywhere else

I had a delayed chemical burn. I sprayed this on Wednesday night, and by Saturday my face, neck, lips and chest are covered in hives and whelps. I got it for free with an ultra purchase. Wednesday everything seemed fine, Thursday I woke up and noticed my chin seemed really dry and irritated no matter how much lotion I put on. I thought my skin just rubbed my clothing wrong. Friday I felt sick and my skin looked worse then today, Saturday, my entire face neck chest lips and ears are COVERED in blisters.

I have been using this setting spray for years and it does not disappoint! It is more of a dry consistency rather than other setting sprays but I feel like that helps lock in my makeup. It is easy to spray, easy to remove and helps my makeup last all day!

If you are looking for an affordable setting spray that helps keep your make up in place this one is definitely worth trying. The fine mist goes on evenly, dries quickly, and helps lock make up in without leaving your face feeling wet and sticky. I love that it gives a natural finish and helps make up hold up throughout the day, even in hot humid weather. It packaging is simple and to remove the product is as easy as cleansing your face.

I love how long this setting spray keep my makeup in place ❤️just keep your hair away from your face when spraying. It can make your hair feel stiff also keep your eyes closed until it dries completely. It also makes my face feel tight, almost like I got Botox 😍❤️😍

Not for long days or nights

So I do really like this product, I know it is somewhat comparable to the one size on till dawn, which I have also used. I think this L’Oréal is the superior setting spray, but it is not my favorite of any that I’ve tried. One thing is the aerosol can, it leaked product back onto my fingers most every time I’ve used it. Fine, but not great. The other thing is that I just don’t think it sets very well. The product photo in question was for a friend’s wedding. Now I thought I would really get to see how this behaved there, and I did. While I didn’t let tears fall, just welling up during the ceremony and all of my eye makeup melted off despite being set. I felt quite disheveled at the end of the night. I’ve used it other times, and ultimately, my makeup is gone by the day’s end and I don’t face this issue on the days that I use no setting spray at all. It could be better, but for short-term wear, it is a great convenience.

I love this product! It makes your makeup last so long! Blush and bronzer is usually the first thing that fades on my skin, but this makes them last so much longer! People often criticize the smell, but I found it wasn’t too bad or overpowering enough that I couldn’t use it. It smells like rubbing alcohol, but again, not too strong or long lasting at all. I did notice the spray does have a film-like feeling after it’s sprayed, but after it dries, the feeling does away. My only critique would be that the mist could be finer. It feels a bit direct and harsh so you do have to spray your entire face for longer, but again, the results speak for themselves!!

Holds very well

I must say that I really have nothing negative to say about this product. Right after application I can feel it on my lashes but a couple of seconds later it feels like I didn't even use it. No heavy or sticky feeling. It holds the makeup well all day even when I am physically active. Looks very natural and doesn't leave any dry film on skin. No scent.

The infallible setting spray helped me keep my face in place all night long as a wedding guest. The spray does go on a bit sticky but trust me- it’s a temporary feeling as this spray dries fast! And once it’s dry you’re locked in! Sweat-proof, dance-proof and worth the try!

This setting spray is very good! I typically use the most affordable brands, and I always wonder why my makeup doesn't set. This is not the case here! It really does set your makeup, and it is great for general sweat-proof and water-proofness. I have oily skin with makeup, and I even found it set my makeup well.

This is the only setting spray you will ever need! That sounds so cliche but I'm serious. A setting spray does not need to get any better than this because it works, not just a little bit but more than it should lol! I didn't even know that a setting spray was supposed to work this well. I've I've tested sprays before that were sent to me for free and I bought some out of pocket because I liked the ingredients in the sprays and I thought I could benefit from some of the vitamins and oils they provided. I really thought I was just benefiting from all of the ingredients so I really didn't focus on what they were actually supposed to be doing which was setting my makeup. I was just used to them not keeping my makeup from smearing or lasting longer. So when I got this one to try I was blown away at the fact that it actually did. What setting sprays were intended to do which was set my makeup. So when I first sprayed it out, it came out very powerful and I could have lightly sprayed it because a little goes a long way. That's one thing I would change about the spray was the application. I think it should come out less like hairspray and more like a mist. but maybe it needs to be that powerful in order for the product achieve its results. I think it's more of what it's made with though. It kind of feels like hairspray on my face initially. But then after a minute when it dries, I don't feel anything. So don't be alarmed when? You first feel the heavy sticky feeling because it does dissipate after several seconds. There is a strong scent in the beginning as well but it also wears off. I'm not sensitive to scents so it didn't affect my opinion of it. All in all, it works better than any other setting spray I've ever used. My makeup did not budge. My eyeliner, mascara, base, blush, highlighter, ECT. didnt smear or run for almost 9 hours. LOreal infallible will not disappoint! I received this for free from influencer in exchange for my honest opinion after using.

Infallible setting spray is like hair spray for your face! I love it usually when I sweat or by the end of the day my blush disappears
and with this setting spray my makeup still looked flawless after a morning walking on the farmers market in Texas weather

Works for a night out for a few hours

I typically don’t use a setting spray so I was excited to try this and see if it worked. Usually, I feel like my makeup comes off quickly throughout the day and I did notice a difference in how long it stayed. The time I put it on before going out at night, it worked well but when I tried to use it for a full day at work, was not successful. Overall, I feel like it’s a good product for a few hours, like a night out. It came out weightless and had a nice scent. I would use again!

The hype is real!

When it first sprays, it feels a bit like hairspray (slightly sticky) but once it settles you don’t feel it on the face. I felt like it not only helped my makeup stay on but helped control oil which was a plus. It has a scent but it’s not too strong! The spray nozzle evenly distributes the product but it does feel a little aggressive if you get it too close to the face. I will definitely purchase a bottle once I get through this!

Smells like hairspray

I’ve tried so many setting sprays and this one really did keep my makeup in place all day which I did enjoy. It didn’t make my face sticky which some that I’ve tried before left a sticky feeling. The downside to it is the smell. Even using the tiniest bit the smell is so overpowering and smells just like hairspray. I didn’t not enjoy the scent one bit. Other than that I was happy how with worked with my makeup.

A great makeup setting spay it does stay for up to 10 hours but do not overspray it. Otherwise you will get cakey base. It has matte finish but you should close your mouth and eyes while applying it

The L’Oreal infallible setting spray is a fantastic budget setting spray for your tool kit. I live in an incredibly humid and hot climate where it feels impossible to keep makeup on for more than 20 minutes. I’ve used the spray a number of times and survived the swampy coastal Georgia climate looking fresh throughout the day into the evening! Well, at least my makeup did… This is a fantastic option, especially for the price. I also have sensitive skin and did not have any issues with breakouts or irritation from using this on top of my products.

Effective (with a heavy scent)

Only one con about this product: the smell. I’m not sensitive to fragrance, but this smells VERY strong. Sort of like the grape-y synthetic scent of children’s play makeup. However, the power behind the spray is incredible. It gives a very fine, even mist. It reminds me a bit of the Morphe continuous setting spray. In terms of setting my makeup, it gets the job done. It was perfect for preparing my makeup for passport photos.

I had the opportunity to try the new L'OREAL Paris Infallible 3-Second Makeup Setting Spray at no cost. The lightweight, long-lasting formula features a microfine mist that prevents fading and smudging, providing up to 36 hours of wear. It dries instantly, so there is no need to wait for it to set. I first used it at a beach destination wedding, and my makeup remained flawless until the next day. After also testing it in the dry heat of the Arizona desert, I feel confident saying it stays put even in extreme weather conditions. Personally, I have not experienced any irritation or breakouts since I started using it. The spray leaves no stickiness, residue, or white cast, and delivers a natural finish with a fresh, healthy glow. It is affordable and offers excellent value. Application is intuitive and suitable for both oily and dry skin types. It is both dermatologist-tested and oil-free formulated. For smooth application, shake well, hold the bottle about 10 inches from the face, and apply in a circular motion across the entire face. Product removal is easily achieved too. One drawback I experienced, which has also been noted online, is a lingering hairspray scent after application. According to the brand's website, this issue has since been resolved. Overall, L'OREAL Paris Infallible stands out from other setting sprays for its price and longevity. Other setting sprays I use perform just as well, but they do not compare in terms of price.

Rubbed my makeup off

The smell isn’t pleasant. I’m disappointed with this product because I’ve seen others have their makeup stay in place for hours after spraying this. I’m currently overseas in the hot sun, and my makeup melts off right after sweat or water touches it.

Helps my foundation last

I took off a star because the scent is a bit strong and I prefer scent free. It was easy to spray on and didn't make me shiny. It comes out very light and fine which is nice so you don't spray too much and end up sticky. My makeup still looked good hours later. I don't wear heavy makeup but I have rosacea and want to cover my redness. This helped my foundation not get patchy as quickly and didn't make my redness worse. I will continue to use this product.

Works great! Especially if you have little ones who have ballet recitals or dance performances. It keeps your makeup in place for hours and lasts much longer than most brands I’ve tried. It’s also the perfect size to keep in your bag or purse for touch ups on the go!

Essentially Hairspray

I just really didn’t like this! The size of the container is convenient for on-the-go. But the smell of the product is that of hair spray and it leaves a sticky residue! I do apply a little to my finger and use on my lashes to help hold the curl because again, this is way more like hair spray than makeup setting spray!

Love this setting spray!! I have used it in the heat from a music festival and my makeup stayed on al night. I also used it when I was caught in the rain and my makeup was still on. It doesn’t leave my face so dry where it looks like I have wrinkles and I actually enjoy the scent.

This is a good setting spray! The nozzle puts out a fine, but powerful mist that covers every bit of your makeup right away. It kept my makeup looking good all day - even the dry patches and oily parts didnt budge. There was no noticeable fragrance to it, and it generally worked really well for me sensitive skin!

Rain or shine your makeup is not going anywhere! I wore this before my nephews soccer game and it was sunny I was sweating and then it rained and by the time I got home my makeup was still there! It didn’t feel heavy in my face and it was a smooth texture. I can’t say the scent is good that’s the one thing I didn’t like and before the product dries it feels sticky.

Fine mist is great, but the smell is not

I love how this setting spray goes on as a fine mist and dries very fast. It doesn’t feel sticky or heavy on my face but if I get it in my hair, it leaves it feeling dry and crunchy. I’m not crazy about the scent. I have very oily skin and it did seem to help my makeup look more matte than usual. Overall, it mostly kept my makeup in place.
