ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE A TROLL WITH ORANFE HAIR. I used this for less than recommended time and it turned my hair orange. Awful. Would sue if process wasn’t so complicated. Would give negative stars if I could.

This is the worst please never use this unless you’d like your hair to end up on the floor & in your drain. I used this thinking it would solve my problem and help me get my hair back to brown! Nope just made my hair orange and broken. I’ve literally have never had more split ends in my life. Given it one star because I mean hey it got the hair dye out but unfortunately I didn’t know it would take it falling out to make it happen. Please do not buy this

this product did absolutely nothing good it ruined my hair a few days before school and chunks of my hair is falling out. it turned my hair bleachy orange and it feels so dead.

Horrible just smells bad doesn't leave any different at all don't use horrible stuff should go out of business

This product was extremely damaging and caused a lot of breakage. I have used Color Oops brand remover before and my hair was left in good condition without breakage. Color Oops has no bleach or ammonia. I should have used it again instead of this Loreal product, but I tried the Loreal because I trusted the Loreal name. NEVER again! Serious damage to hair that had never had lightener on it before and was very healthy...large amounts of breakage with this product and I'm very sorry I used it. I followed the instructions exactly and this should not be the result. Beware...this product is absolutely bleach lightener. Please read all the reviews and the responses from Loreal refusing to accept responsibility for the box not being clear about the fact that this product is bleach. We are not chemists and the box must be clearly labeled. I trusted Loreal before this product and purchased it because it was Loreal. Be safe and use Color Oops.

This is the only thing that works for me. I always stick with L’Oreal. I’ve been using it for years would highly recommend.

I had been dyeing my hair blue black for three years on top of blue dye and burgundy. This removed everything!!! Left me with an orange tone like it said on the instructions i dyed my hair red and let me tell you I cannot be more satisfied. It did a little bit of damage but nothing a deep conditioning can’t fix. I would definitely buy this again. PD: yes, it is bleach but it pretty obvious considering it is a powder.

Bought this product (Haircolor Remover) after going to the waterpark (wolf lodge) this weekend because their chlorine & saltwater system turnt my brown/blonde/purple highlighted hair green, blue, yellow, white all sorts of funky unwanted colors. Anyways, got this and a few boxes of some brown hair dye to hopefully fix my crazy hair but this color remover did not at all take out ANY of the color!!!! None of the greens/blues/purples, nothing… it just basically bleached my hair out and not even all of it, just parts of it… I don’t even know what it did really, definitely didn’t remove the unwanted color like it advertised to do so.
