I had purchased the original Elnet spray, only to throw it out after the first use, loved the hold but HATED the fragrance! as soon as I read the e-mail L'Oreal sent me, I literally went to the store to buy the fragrance free version. hope they keep bringing more fragrance free formulas in their skin care line as well, I think L'Oreal is losing a lot of customers to Olay and Neutrogena because they regulary have fragrance free versions of their product.

Not really unscented

This hairspray works, but is not unscented. I'm sure that it's better than the original, but the ingredients even say there is fragrance. For me it can be an initial problem then it quickly goes away. But if someone were really allergic to scents, it is unfair to label this unscented. Surely you can actually make this unscented!

Strong hold without stiffness, truly unscented, an

I’ve been really impressed with this L’Oreal Elnett Unscented Hairspray. The hold is strong enough to keep my style in place all day, but what I love most is that it doesn’t leave my hair stiff or crunchy. My hair still feels soft touchable, which is hard to find in a strong hold spray.
The fact that it is unscented is a huge plus - no overwhelming fragrance competing with perfume or bothering sensitive noses (like mine). Overall, this is a reliable, salon-quality hairspray that delivers strong hold while still keeping hair looking natural. It performs like a salon quality product but without the high-end price tag.

There is a reason you see this on every hairdresser's counter backstage at fashion shows--Elnett WORKS and has been a staple in the hair and fashion world for a loooong time. This hairspray packs a punch when it comes to hold, but it doesn't leave your hair feeling gross at the end of the day. It's something you can brush out easily but holds styles all day. I always go for unscented, as the scented is a little too strong for me (the scented gives Chanel 5 in my opinion if you're into scented hairsprays). One can lasts forever and a little goes a lot way. Price point is AMAZING. Prestige product with a drugstore price. Don't think about it, just get it.

Good hairspray with medium hold

This is a good hairspray with medium strength. I like that it’s not highly perfumed, it has a bit of a scent but it’s mostly neutral. My hair still feels movable after use, I have a lot of flyaways and this tends to control most but not all. It dries quickly and leaves the hair looking fresh and not stiff.

For full disclosure, I don't use hairspray much. The only time I use it is for flyaways and when my friend curls my hair. It works perfect for those stubborn hairs that tend to stick up after blow dryer. Love the container, scent isn't strong, and it's a light product versus that heavy feeling after application.

I used this for a half up-do and it had nice hold. When I brushed out my hair at the end of the day, there wasn’t much residue and no noticeable “crunch” to my hair like with some products

Great Hold, Scent Free

I didn't think I'd like this hairspray as much as I do. I love that it's scent free, has only 6 ingredients and dries down really well. I've been using it a lot on my Son's hair and it keeps it in place all day with a few brushes.

Good every day hairspray

I like this hairspray as an every day hairspray. It does have a slight smell, but nothing overpowering. I really like the aerosol sprayer. It hasn’t gotten plugged up yet and has a really nice mist.
Pros: light smell
Doesn’t give me a headache (I am very sensitive to smells)
It has a light hold, holds hair in place nicely
It doesn’t have a sticky feel when it dries
Cons: doesn’t do much for stubborn regrow hairs to keep them slicked down.
Does have a slight crunch when dried, but not too bad like some hairsprays can.
Overall I really do like it and will probably repurchase when it’s gone.

Alright so initially I thought I found the mecca of hair sprays because the hold was so good but it did give out after an hour and my curls fell flat. Had to redo with another supportive product. Scent was nice though!

This hairspray said it’s unscented but there is a scent. It is light though so it doesn’t bother me. It was easy to apply and easy to layer as needed.

Powerful light weight hairspray for all hair types

I was extremely impressed with the Elbert Satin Extra Strong Hold LightHairspray . I was ok with it being unscented. I loved the large size bottle with easy to use nozzle that sprays. Consistent light mist. I applied the product immediately after curling my hair, and found that it held well through southern humidity on a damp afternoon. I attached pics of myself while applying the product after styling. , I also included pics of myself before stepping outs, and while out while the wind lightly blew threw my hair. Normally this would have caused my hair to flatten immediately. I also included a quick pic of myself at home after an afternoon out on the same day. My style remained fully on tact with minimal frizzing and still held a noticeable amount d of curls and volume. My strands felt light but not crispy , and flexible not stiff as u can see it flowed effortlessly on the breeze. It felt slightly drier non the evening after returning home but overall it maintained my style perfectly .

Holds My Hair Without the Stickiness

This product has to be a new favorite! I used this a few times and it holds my hair amazing! The scent is light and it didn’t leave a sticky feeling at all! Other hairsprays dry out my hair but this one is great I don’t get that at all. My hair doesn’t feel weighed down but it keeps my thin difficult hair in place from the AM to the PM.

This hairspray really surprised me ! It gives a strong hold without making my hair feel stiff or crunchy, which is a huge plus . I love that it’s unscented so not only it doesn’t clash with other products , it’s also keeping my waves in place while still looking natural. Perfect for everyday styling when you want hold without that heavy sticky feeling

Strong hold

I have found that the L’Oréal Hair Spray holds well. A few quick sprays and my daughter’s braids are intact and ready for the school day. The only flaw is there’s no top and I really wish there was.

Classic staple that is needed for any hair styles. Love how there’s no scent to it and brushes out nicely without getting your hair tangled. The hold last all day and feels light weight when applied. It also doesn’t make you hair feel sticky or greasy at all.

Loreal Elnett satin extra strong hold light hairspray keeps my hair stay still for 6 hours. The unscented version actually works well as I used scent hair oil so it does not mix too many scents together.

The Elnett hairspray works wonders! I’m obsessed with the applicator and how well it holds my hair but still allows me to style it! It is super durable and doesn’t leave any residue at all. The scent is refreshing and just adds an extra benefit! It truly works from scalp to the ends of my hair.

I absolutely love this hairspray! It held my curls all day and washing it out was so easy with only one wash. It didn’t irritate my scalp and made my hair go smooth and soft to the touch! Also the best value you can find!

Hold the curl, No strong perfume scent and intense

My hair doesn’t hold curls for very long, but when I use this, it keeps my style in place much better. The mist is very fine, which helps avoid wet spots or crunchy patches. I can easily brush through my hair and restyle without flakes. It doesn’t have a strong perfume scent, which I really like about it. However, since it is an aerosol hairspray, the spray pressure can be quite strong and may feel too intense if applied too close to the hair.

First time trying this brand of hairspray and really liked it. The hold was very strong and lasted all day. I used with curls that held all day and my husband also used to keep his hair in place. The coverage was great.

I really love this hairspray! It has no scent and holds up my curls perfectly. The application to use the hairspray was very simple. It also dried up very quickly and didn’t leave a wet spot for a long time. It makes my hair look like it has more volume and it’s soooo gorgeous. It’s easy to brush through and I love this product overall!

Love the smell and how it feels, my hair still feels soft and new hair feeling. i usually hate hairspray because it feels stiff and need to wash immediately after. also the spray is super fine mist which makes it easier to evenly distribute the product all over my very long hair.

Very generous amount of product, very light on hair and dries pretty fast. Not much residues and doesn’t have an overwhelming smell. There is no crunch to hair provides an extra strong hold and humidity resistant. Very nice, only 6 ingredients! Scans well on Yuka 86/100. Would purchase again.

Wow 🤩 I love this light hairspray! I have fine straight hair tends to straighten by itself. This hairspray holds my curves well and the finished hair looks very natural and bouncy. Very short dry time, not sticky, won’t weigh the hair down, it literally feels nothing being applied. The scent is very subtle and refreshing, it is not technically“unscented” I think because you will smell a fresh scent while applying. but after it dries, it left no smell on the hair.

Non drying hairspray with strong hold!

This hairspray was really nice! It had no scent to it, dried very quickly and didn’t have any flaking or residue after dispensing! I also found that it didn’t make my hair crusty and did not dry out my scalp! Also, a little amount goes a long way! My only criticism is I wish it held volume better!

Lightweight, don’t even notice it’s in my hair!

First of all, shoutout to the dyson for the curly blowout look. This hairspray doesn’t lie when it says there is no crunch. I could spray the whole bottle in my hair and barely notice because my hair feels so lightweight and soft still after using it. It’s not even sticky like other hairsprays. The only downside I noticed is that it does not hold my curls as long as I’d like , especially when it’s humid or warm. Other than that part, I love it!

I love how sleek the bottle is and like that it’s not heavily scented. The one thing is that the bottle is huge and kind of bulky it’s sleek but super long and tall. Application is good and texture is not too sticky

The quality of the hairspray

I like that it don't have scent and it feels smooth and able to brush your hair with out having to struggle. The hairspray is extra hold but still manageable to try different hair styles. The hairspray is not sticky and it leaves your hair shine and beautiful and washable as well.

Great! No chemical scent which is always a plus. My hair doesn’t feel sticky after applying, and it doesn’t feel stiff either. I love using this for my slick backs instead of gel, and the style stays in all day

Strings hold means string hold! I used this for my hair (curls) over the weekend for a bridal shower and the staying power was very present. It held my style for over 8hours with feeling crunchy or heavy.

This hairspray is great for any hairstyle! The unscented version is simple and lightweight on the hair. I recommend using after any heat for ultimate protection. It is not too sticky or crunch on the hair when dried. It does not leave any color or flakes when sprayed. My curls stay secure and hold all day. The bottle is a great size and hope to last a while.
