I was in search for a heavier moisturizer during these winter months. Being that it said anti wrinkle and forming was a bonus. This product makes your skin super soft and it lasts all day.

I recently started using this cream. I am 65, but not too many wrinkles. I will say that my skin looks brighter and my neck seems tighter. On the down side, it has a very strong, soapy fragrance and it never seems to completely sink in. My face feels tacky and sticky all day. I don't wear makeup, I don't know if that would make a difference, but I don't like the way it feels or smells. Too bad.. it does seem to work

Great product but recent purchase bad

I have the same issue with my most recent purchase of this product. It smells bad and has a gritty texture that has never been there as I have been using it for over 20 years now. It is also lot 20Y404. I bought it on amazon and feel like the box or the jar were not sealed properly - will buy another one from a retailer and hope it is better.

Dissatisfied with product

I bought this thinking it was the one I normally use, it was not. The one I normally buy also has a red cap but also has a sunscreen. The packaging is too similar for a lot of your products. Anyway, the Revitalift moisturizer that I bought had a gritty texture to it and was more translucent than what I normally buy. Will not be buying this again. The lot number on this product is lot 20yn00.

I just started using this a week ago. My skin just feels “tighter”. I can’t see it really it but as I apply other products, my skin just feels better. Really happy with my choice to change over to this product. I just got the night cream and eye cream as well.

Something's different L'Oreal Paris Revitalift

I have always like this product. However, I purchased a jar of L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Anti-Wrinkle +Firming Moisturizer Pro-Retinol+Centella Asiatica 1.7 oz Lot 20W903 and noticed the moisturizer was not thick. It was very thin, and had a smell to it. I looked at the list of ingredients and water is the first ingredient. Water may have always been first on the list. However, the moisturizer was thick, never thin. A bad batch? Lot 20W903. Because I've always liked this product and have had positive results, I did purchase another jar Lot 20WN03, it too is thin and has a very wet feeling to it when applied on the face and an odor. The list of ingredients may not have changed but it seems like the amount of water used was increased...My questions: When were lot 20W903 and 20WN03 made? Both have the number 1575088 (patent number?) Is this the new norm for the product? Thank you.

You Get What You Pay For!

Let me start by saying I did not read any reviews about this product before using because I wanted to be completely unbiased! I use high end department store cremes and really wanted to love this! It did not sink in and even though it is heavy I did not feel moisturized. It did not seem to do anything for my few fine lines and wrinkles. I’m giving it two stars because it is the first retinol Creme that did not burn at all. I will say I love Loreals ethics as a company and how inclusive the branding is but your products are not the quality they once were!

Fragrance? Why?

I find this moisturizer to be unacceptable as it is very greasy, does not absorb well & the most annoying factor is the fragrance. Why would anyone think it is appropriate to put such a strong fragrance in a product that is used on the face.

What Happened to the Old Moisturizer

I have been using this moisturizer for over a year and absolutely loved it. I just bought another jar and the smell is so awful and there is something different about the texture of the cream, it was much thicker than my previous jar. My face did not feel soft like usual, it was very greasy, nor did does it look like when I used the moisturizer previously. I am so bummed as this was THE BEST cream I found for my face in years. I thought that maybe I got a bad jar, but I have read other reviews stating the same.

Unhappy with change in product

The previous Revitalift moisturizer/hydrant I used did not have a fragrance and was white in color. I opened a new jar today and it is beige and has a very strong perfume fragrance. I tried it anyway, and the smell has driven me to wash it off. I will not be buying it again.

I used to love this product, my last two purchases of this however have me looking for a new moisturizer. I originally thought only the packaging had changed, sadly it seems the product did too.

Smells Odd Now

This moisturizer was my holy grail for two years. I have acne prone skin and this did not break my face out. I loved how silky and light it was on. However the past two purchases of this, I noticed that it had an odd smell. It smelled really bad like gasoline or some type of old perfume that my grandma would wear. I miss the old formula and fragrance. I do not know why they changed it when it was working so great before. Now, I will have to find something else. :(

Warning formula change!

Well, yet another product that was great just went down the drain. They've changed what was once a great product. The active ingredients were Pro-retinol and Stimuplex, now it's just retinol. Like there's not enough retinol products going around? The Stimuplex is what gave this product it's firming power and made this product stand out, now it's useless. The old formula kept my eyelids lifted like no other, now it does nothing. I am more than upset. Loreal just lost a loyal customer of 20 years, and I don't think I'll be the only one once others realize the change. Loreal, why why why???

The best skin cream

I've been using L'Oreal Revitalift Anti-wrinkle & Firming - Face & Neck Moisturizer for several years and I love it. It feels great when you put it on your face, not greasy, and smells good as well. I would recommend this product to anyone. Thanks, L'Oreal.

The Greatest Face Cream I've EVER Used

I first used this product when I requested and received a 14-day trial from L'Oreal in February 2018, I loved it, and people were complimenting me on the smoothness and overall radiance of my skin. I purchased this cream before my trial even finished. Since then, I tried using Clarins day face cream for my age, that's how they categorize, and paid 3x more, and didn't like it all. This cream hydrates my skin and soothes my redness. I use on top of my vitamin E serum and under my powder sunscreen. I use the powder SS because I have sensitive skin and sunscreen tends to irritate it, but not this cream. One thing I did not like about this cream was the packaging. I don't like sticking my finger in a jar and contaminating the unused cream with the germs on my hands, even if i just washed them. I rather prefer a pump to keep it all clean.
In conclusion, I didn't know what I had until I lost it. And now that I have it back, I'll never let it go again. I now use their eye cream and night cream, both just as wonderful as the day cream. You have a new faithful customer Revitalift!

missing old cream

I have been using this cream night and day for many years. I have very sensitive skin so I loved the fact that it did not bother my skin. However the most recent jar has caused the skin to flake and itch. I will not be buying anymore do to the change made in this cream. I have no idea what changes were made. I really had a hard time finding cream that made my skin feel and look great! I am looking for one as good as this one used to be!

This cream was my game changer

As I have gotten older, my skin has become sensitive and the wrong combination of ingredients sends my skin into shock and it breaks out. After chatting with your skin experts, I decided to try this cream and it was heavenly. No breakouts and I can already see a change in my neck area and cheeks.

Great for Sensitive Skin

I made the mistake of switching to another product in the revitlift line and regret it. When I used this one, I had no peeling and my skin was soft and full of moisture. I was able to use morning and night with no problem, and my skin was the best it's ever been. Switching back ASAP.

I can’t tell you how upset I am about the change you made to this product. You added a perfume that is so powerful I can smell it on my face all day. It’s horrible! I have used this product for many years and now I have to find something new. Please give me back my old face cream!

Use it every night

Using this product at night helps my skin look refreshed in the morning. Although I don't use it during the day, it has an SPF if you wanted to leave the house without makeup.

Like the cream and just have a few days with it so really cannot comment on results yet.. Only complaint is the fragrance is so strong that it is annoying and gives you a headache. If only Loreal will cut down on that fragrance.
