Bad smell

I have been a customer for years, and never had a problem with the products. However, the last jar of this cream, and I still have it, has a super bad smell to it! I can’t stand having it on. I don’t have the box anymore and I am not sure if I have my receipt, as I usually buy them at buy one get one half off. Never had this problem before. What can I do?

Not a moisturizer, but a sunscreen

This product is labeled and boxed as a "moisturizer", but upon opening, it's showing as a "sunscreen" with a SPF 25. The directions clearly indicates usage as a sunscreen to be reapplied every 2 hours. This labeling is clearly misleading to the public.
The normal usage for a moisturizer is to apply each morning after cleaning your face, then apply your makeup thereafter. It is so greasy that it is impossible to apply makeup over this as it comes off immediately. Do not purchase or use

For best results we recommend that you use every morning prior to sun exposure, either alone or under make up. Smooth gently onto face and neck until thoroughly absorbed. Made skin red and itchy

I have used other Revitalift products with great results. This last time I decided to try this one with the sunscreen. It seemed great going on; however, within an hour my skin turned bright red and was itchy. I have never, ever, been sensitive to any product before. This was so disappointing!

am concerned with initial results

I started using this product a month or so ago. I've noticed that my smile line and marionette line on the left side of my face are both more pronounced and reddish. What could be the cause?
I've used L'Oreal Revitalift Night Moisturizer/Hydratant Nuit for a couple of years; it's a product I really seem to like.
Thus I'm wondering what could be the issue with the sunscreen.

Unhappy with L’Oreal Revitalift SPF25

Love this moisturizer- super-hydrating, with sunscreen, and leaves you with a "juicy" glow-comparable to Bellame's $70 Indulgence moisturizer at less than half the cost. Does help reduce the appearance of fine lines. Everything you could ask for!

Not the product for me

Used this product twice and had a severe reaction to it. Swollen, red face and the most horrible rash all over my face. It made my eyes swell. I ended up having to go to the doctor to get steroids. Will not ever use again.

Rash and irritation

I’ve used this brand and love the Wrinkle Expert moisturizer. I thought I’d give this a try and almost immediately experienced it ing, irritation and a rash on my face that lasted into the next day. So I guess I’m stuck with this product I definitely cannot continue using.

Bad reaction

I tried the cream on my face and neck and it makes mu face red and feels burning hot. I don't know what is making this happen but I tried two separate times and the same thing happens. I spent a lot of money on this product and now I can't use it. Very disappointed.

Bring back futur e

Originally I was going to purchase your Revitalift Triple Power Day Lotion due to searching for a replacement for the futur e daily moisturizer that has been discontinued. But I bought this product instead based on your direction to an unsatisfied customer's review of the Triple Power Day Lotion, who also used to use futur e, to buy this product as being closer to the futur e moisturizer. That recommendation is so far off the mark. This product is heavy and greasy, feels more like a night cream and made me break out after a couple of weeks. I used the Plenitude then futur e daily moisturizers for about 20+ years without issue. I'm 56 and most people insist I cannot be more than 40. I have seen MANY reviews begging you to bring back futur e. Please listen to your customers!!

Overall the best regular use moisturizer I tried

After using this I'm not greasy and yet my skin feels moist and vibrant. I needed something with SPF protection and that is what drew me to this. But it surpassed my immediate needs to provide an all-around daily use moisturizer. Also I don't use very much to have the benefit that other things I've tried require far more product. So one jar last me much longer.

I was using Olay Total Effects and decided to try something different as it didn’t seem to be working all that well.
I recently started using Revitalift and it is far superior. There is a notable improvement in my skin. I would say a 50% improvement.

I bought this cream a while ago and of course didn't follow through and use it daily like I should. I got pneumonia and my face felt very dry and drawn, prompting me to use it to relieve some of that "sick" look. I am surprised at the difference it made so quickly. My face looks so much better and it even relieved the bags forming under my eyes from of bad sleeping while ill. I was never one to stick with a daily routine for my face before, I will be using this daily from now on!

I like the product overall it does work I do see a difference already, although it is a little greasy sunscreen tends to be.... however the only issue I do have is the fragrance makes my eyes water horribly I would recommend looking for a fragrance free one!

My New Favorite!

Wow! I used to loathe any kind of face cream with Spf. I could not stand the way they feel. This beautiful anti wrinkle cream with Spf is different. I don't even notice the sunscreen in it. Also my skin is hydrated all day long, plus it layers well under makeup! So glad I gave this a try! I use this with the matching night cream and eye cream.

Ever since the product formula changed to include Centella Asiatica I stopped using it because it feels like rubbing menthol on my face. I used the previous formula for many years and loved it. Bring back the previous formula.

New Packaging is gaudy!!

I love the product but I am disappointed by the new gaudy container. Why change from something simple and clean to mettallic red, square, and with bigger packaging. Why make the container bigger when there is less product in it? I haven't tried the new product, I hope that hasn't changed as well.

I am an older woman and my skin has been getting dry with the products I had been using.
I've started using Revitalift day crème and it is WONDERFUL! and believe me, I have used a lot of expensive cremes. It feels so good applying it in the morning and it leaves my skin moist feeling all day. Do not change a thing about this product!

I was running out of a expense skin care product that I have been using for close to twenty years. So I ran into my local big box store to get something to hold me until my product arrived. I saw that they had the revitalift day and night bundled in one box for an excellent price so I bought it. I've been using it now for 6 months and have not gone back to my expense skin care. I have also bought the face wash and that product is so creamy, just love it.

Is this product supposed to have a gritty texture? When I rub it on my skin it feels like an exfoliant but it is supposed to be a moisturizer. It hydrates just fine but I'm worried that maybe I have a defective batch?

The texture of this cream is fantastic, tons of moisture and it doesn't pill under makeup. Love the SPF although I wish cosmetics companies would offer SPF 30 or higher for day creams. However, the perfumes in this make it unusable, the smell simply does not fade as I wear it. Why was the heavy fragrance necessary? I don't think I'll take a chance on L'Oreal again.
