Was so excited to try this but very disappointed. The serum is good but not great. Problem is the amount in the bottle. I used 3-4 drops and bottle was empty in a month. Dropper doesn’t reach to the bottom either. The viscosity is thick so you can’t even get the last out by turning upside down. I have previously used City Beauty and it lasted 3 months for same amount. Don’t know if my bottle just wasn’t filled properly or if the packaging is just poor and misleading but I won’t buy it again…

Good product/awful dropper to get product out

I love the product itself it feels really good but the dropper that comes in it that is supposed to work to get the serum out of the bottle does not work at all. The serum gets stuck in the dropper you have to try to "beat" it out of it so I had to just take the dropper out and I have to pour it into my hand to use. I hope you guys can come up with a better system than that dropper that is worthless otherwise love the feel of the product on my face.

Bottle was almost empty when purchased

I love the product and how it makes my skin look and feel. However, I only use a couple of drops at night, and the bottle is empty after only one week. When I first purchased it, I shined a light in the bottle, and there was barely any in there to begin with. It's very disappointing because I do like the product.

I love this product! I had been using a department store face cream for years and got this as a sample…and wow! I go no makeup during the week ( physical job) so just apply a good moisturizer and this is my new favorite!

This product was a game changer for me. I’ve had acne and very textured skin my whole life I’ve tried from the most expensive products to your cheap drug store ones however im highly sensitive to many things so nothing has ever worked only worsen things. And someone gifted me this for a review once and I started trying it without expectations i figured it’ll just cause more irritation and my skin was bad already but I washed my face dried it and put a few drops nightly on my entire face I was just glad it didn’t cause more breakouts or more acne than what I already had and it was bad I mean my acne but nothing happened at first no changes when I was about to finish the bottle certain parts of my face were starting to get better so I bought again and so forth kept using it and I finally reached normal skin or as normal as I could have wished I still use it now and this was the one product that actually worked I’m now 43 but started using it I believe at 38 or 39. And I still look good for my age that I get compliments and this is all I use.

Where’s the product?

I purchased this less than a month ago and the product is gone.I was wondering why every time I used it I could barely get product in the dropper so I held it up to the light and saw there was hardly anything in it from the start. I like it and it feels good on the skin but for the price it should be lasting way more time especially because a serum is thin so a little should go along way. I will not purchase again for the price for that amount of product. I have another serum from loreal and I use 2 drops and still have plenty after 6 months. I’m not sure how anyone could use 3 to 4 drops without depleting the product in a day. Very sad because the product itself is good.

All of the midnight products are not made for sensitive skin, period. Claiming all skin types is false advertising. I used the cream, serum and eye cream. The eye cream burned my eyes, the other products burned and dried out my skin. I had an allergic reaction. Just not good.

Bought this from the reviews. I waa told 3 weeks. I stopped after 2. I looked older. I had lines and reactions which included puffy eyes and saggy skin . Lines around my eyeballs . I stopped and my eyes look normal . My skin not so annoyed and puffy when I wake up. I look like me again . Seriously I looked like Frankenstein. So what about a few lines. But lines in the softer eyelid no way. Im taking it back fir a refund. And perfume. Why perfume? Thats the real issue thst causes so much damage. Perfume and rough alcohol.
You've lost me as a customer.

I've been using this serum nightly for almost a month now and I really like it. It does not irritate or burn my skin and it absorbs nicely. I use it after basic washing as well as after exfoliating treatments and I have not had any negative reactions.
So far my skin is looking healthy, moisturized and has a nice glow to it. I definitely plan to re-purchase and continue using this serum for the next few months.
Also, for those users complaining that the bottle runs out after month -- you only need 1 or 2 pea sized drops of this serum to cover your entire face. The 3-4 "drops" are really not necessary unless you are also applying to it your neck and chest! Try cutting back on the amount you use and your bottle will last you much longer ;)

Not useable. This stuff feels so luxurious. I love it. I want to use it, but I just can't. The fragrance, while lovely, is just an irritation. Please formulate this without fragrance.

Can't use the serum horrible dropper!

Ive only used one bottle (midnights serum) so far and feel like it might be working. So I bought another. I would like to know before I continue with the shelf life is.
I noticed only a serial # but no actual date or month/year once opened.
Id like to control whether I want to continue based on this data. For all I know I keep getting expired bottles.
I hope a rep could answer this question honestly.

Only have used 1 month ands it’s nice, but I see a lot of people having trouble with dropper. Sometimes it won come out and you have to stick in again to pull more product up. Hope to god when I reach bottom I can get most of it.

I bought L'Oreal Midnight Serum for the first time. I loved how it felt applying it on the skin. Unfortunately, after using it by following directions (3-4 drops in the morning and evening) the bottle was empty after exactly 7 days. I am not sure if this was a manufacture defect or what the issue was.

I got this as a sample.so one night I did a complete exfoliating facial.then I applied this to my skin and then in the am also.my skin was amazingly glowing,and more hydrated then exfoliation alone.i went out and bought the serum and moisterizer the next day

Faulty dropper for midnight serum.

The midnight serum dropper won't suck up the serum. I squeeze the dropper, and nothing gets sucked into it! All I see is some serum stuck inside of it that won't come out when squeezing it out. I can't take it back to the store because I lost the receipt for purchase. I am not happy about not being able to use the dropper that came with it.

Got the sample, bought a bottle

So I signed up and received the sample bottle of this midnight serum. It was enough for me to try it as directed every night for 3 weeks. First I must say I do like the scent of it, a bit citrusy and not too strong. It's a nice lightweight formula that absorbs quickly and does not feel greasy or oily. I'm 49 years old and yeah I got some age a showing. I will say using this product with the revitalift moisturizure I have been using before REALLY did make my skin look and feel even better than it did with just the moisturizer alone. I hasn't erased any wrinkles, don't expect it to, but they do seem less prominent, and all the crepy parts aren't crepy. My skin also seems to have a healthier glow about it and it FEELS so soft and wonderful and looks less tired. Been getting a lot of compliments lately as well. "Looking great lately!" "Wow what have you been doing? You seem happier than usual." stuff like that. Really boosts my confidence. SO yes, I bucked up and bought a full size bottle, along with the eye creme and day moisturizer with the SPF and will keep up the daily/nightly routine. Thanks LOreal for making a nice and affordable product that really worked for me. A little self care goes a long way.

Dropper doesn’t reach to the bottom either. The viscosity is thick so you can’t even get the last out by turning upside down. I have previously used City Beauty and it lasted 3 months for same amount. Don’t know if my bottle just wasn’t filled properly or if the packaging is just poor and misleading but I won’t buy it again…

I'm still not sure about this serum. I haven't noticed any changes in my skin or reductions in wrinkles. I do like the texture and how it feels on my skin. All my other skin care products are by LOreal.

I really liked the Midnight Serum. I could actually see results and feel the effects. So many products are "just another Cream" and can't see any effect. I'll be using this more.

L’Oréal midnight serum

I have bought this a couple of times and I don’t have problem with the product I do have a problem with the packaging, the eye dropper that is in the bottle does not work very well if at all and you can’t get all of the product out. I don’t make a lot of money and want to get what I paid for.
