I buy at least one of these a week, I love the brand and the color fits me perfectly but I'm spending at least $50 a month just on eyebrow pencils! It's ridiculous, I love it I just wish it was cheaper or had more in the package. Not sure if I'll be buying much longer.

I think I used this brow stylist definer 5 times before it no longer worked. IDK if the product ran out or the mechanism broke, but either way it's a fail. I'd have to take it apart to see if there's any more product inside. There are many other options better than this, And a mechanical pencil isn't necessary. Overdesigned.

I tried more expensive brands and L'Oréal is the best. I use brow stylist definer which is very easy to apply. My brows look natural in a minute or two. The product is exceptional. Don’t waste money on others that do not make your brows look perfect. Buy the best.

I am so disappointed with this product. It is my second Brow Stylist Definer as just as with the first one, it kept breaking the point. I used the second one 2 times and it ran out of steam.
Do not reccomend it.

The product works, the color is what I expected. The problem is that I applied for no more than 10x and I run out of the product. I had other brands before and it lasted for months. Too much expensive for almost nothing, in 3 weeks I run out of the product. I bought at Walmart, I don't 'have the receipt. I'm so disappointed.

Could be great with some improvements

I go through these way too fast, you are charging the same amount for less product, not impressed. Then the one I recently got is chipping away leaving black specks all over my brows, I haven't seen this before. I have bought many of these over the last couple years and wish it lived up to the hype.

Honestly, this is the worst brow pencil I’ve ever used. Even with the lightest hand, the barely exposed tip broke. Each use. I’d of course swivel it a bit. But often the swivel would retract. Swivel again. Snap! Waste of money. Back to my old faithful “it Brow Power.” At my age, that other brand will outlast me. Love L’s “tube” mascara (“Double Extend”) , but the ultra fine brow pencil is a waste of money.

Love the pencil, hate the size

I have been using your brow pencil for a number of years. Just replaced it yesterday and I am so surprised to find the size has decreased by almost 2/3, from 250 mg to 90 mg, yet the price was essentially the same. It's a great product, easy to use and looks good, but I'll be looking around for one that offers a little more bang for the buck.

This is the second one I’ve purchased, so shame on me. Both times the pencil tip breaks at the slightest use. I paid $13 and have to throw it in the trash….. buy the Revlon one. It works much better, lower in price and larger, easier to handle and more product.

Packaging breaks easily - could cause harm to eyes

I’ve been using this eyebrow pencil for years and have generally loved it…but in the past few months they must have changed the packaging or something because the plastic around the brush side of the pencil keeps falling apart. The first time it happened I figured it was just a fluke and bought a new one. I’m not rough with my products but have been extra gentle with it just in case. Today while using it a chunk of plastic broke off and got into my eye. This could’ve caused serious damage - will not be purchasing again

The product lasted only about a week and did not cover as well as the pencils that had to be sharpened, which lasted for weeks. I wasn't able to find the pencils that had to be sharpened so I bought this one. Really disappointed. I only broke a small amount off, but it still only lasted a short time. Total waste of my money.

Loved the waterproof brow stylist definer pencil in taupe. Perfect shade for my brows I loved the variety in shade colors for a more precise and more natural match. Also loved the waterproof part made it last all day even through sweat.

Very Disappointed with this eyebrow pencil

I recently bought this eyebrow pencil because I have been using this type of pencil that does not have to be sharpened for years. However, when I tried to use it on my brows, it kept retracting or dropping back inside the tube. Any pressure on it at all would result in the pencil disappearing back inside the tube. It is useless because it WILL NOT REMAIN rolled out! I will never buy this product again. What a waste, and with inflation as it is now, most people do not have extra money to throw away on poorly made products.

I Wish It Was Worth It

I have been purchasing this brow pencil for several years and really like the taupe, perfect color for me. However - it no longer lasts more than a couple of weeks, seems to be crumbly, and for me, costs more than it is worth. I don't even use it every day and it STILL doesn't last very long. I like this product and would give it better ratings if you could just correct these issues.

One last 1 month - zero stars

I've been a lifetime Loreal user but this product only last 1 month from 2/26 to 3/25. Also, there was no warning that I was about to be without product. Would not recommend and would never buy again. Too bad, you discontinued manufacture of my loved Brow Stylist Sculptor.

Continually breaks

I bought this brow styler. It worked fine till I had to sharpen it. Just kept breaking. Never could get it sharpened to use again. Thought it might just be the one I bought. Tried it 2 more times with the same results. Don’t mind the price if I’m able to use it for a little bit.

We will be sure to pass your comments along to the team as we are always looking for ways to improve. We recommend using our L'Oréal Dual Sharpener for slim and jumbo pencils. Turn the pencil gently 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. The pencil should be sharpened frequently so that 3 or 4 gentle turns are sufficient to achieve the desired result. The Dual Sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results. We hope you will continue to use our products with greater success in the future!

disappointed

I am a brand loyal consumer and LOVE this eyebrow pencil. The last 2 pencils I have used have malfunctioned. The pencil doesn't stay extended and as a result, the tip keeps breaking off. Please help

This is a waste of money the pencil drops out in small pieces and if it drops on the floor is difficult to remove. I do know not to wind up the pencil too high or it will snap having already used them since being given one for the Queens coronation and have been wearing makeup for a very long time.

First off this is actually my favorite brow pencil. It is the only one I can find that I actually like and it used to last me several weeks. However it seems now it breaks SOOOO easily and I go through it in like a week. I am very disappointed because I used to love it so much

My favorite!

Finally a cool toned brown (ash brown) without the gold that dark blonde pencils typically have. Easy to apply and stays on throughout the day.

I couldn’t find the non waterproof pencil to leave a review so I am leaving one here. This is the best pencil I have ever used and I am 66 yrs old. I love the new color taupe! It’s a perfect match for me. And the fine tip is perfect! I hope you never
stop making this Pencil! It is hard to find for me. I live in a small town in SE Oklahoma. if Walmart is out you don’t get etc it!

Not worth the cost, waste of good product.

I took it apart. At least 1/3 of the product seems to be 'left' and stuck inside the pencil after it's been twisted all the way up. Thats frustrating to me because I paid for that product and I have to pull out with a pick to even try use it. Exactly how much of the pencils 0.003 oz are left inside, essentially unusable?
Also, I tired to upload a photo of what I described above and it told me that it was an 'invaild image'.

I love L’Oréal products but was disappointed in this. I have very scarce brows and have to use a combo of a liner to outline and a brush on powder to fill in. I had an inexpensive automatic liner I’ve used for years but sadly they discontinued it. Trying to find new one. The problem with this is too fine a tip which makes a fake looking line and it breaks too easily. Plus I had a feeling there wasn’t much product in the pen which was confirmed by others. I do like brush on end and wide color choices. Will continue to search.

After using L'Oréal Paris Brow Stylist Prep and Shape Pro Brow Kit for several years, I decided it was time to go old school and revert back to using an eyebrow pencil. After perusing the numerous eyebrow pencils available for purchase, I decided on L’Oreal’s Brow Stylist Definer Waterproof Eyebrow Mechanical Pencil.
