Hi there! Thanks for your interest in our Brow Stylist Definer Mechanical Waterproof Eyebrow Pencil. We recommend drawing the outline of your desired brow shape with this product. With light feathered strokes, fill in any gaps and sparse areas. Comb up following your arch shape using the soft blending spoolie brush for a more defined look. For more precisely shaped brows, first dot the start, the arch, and the end of the brow, and then connect the areas and fill them in. We hope you'll give this technique a try and love the results!

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your experience with our Definer Waterproof Eyebrow Mechanical Pencil. This product is a twist up mechanical pencil. You must swivel the bottom to access more product. Some of the liner must remain in the pencil in order for it to stand up right. We hope you try it again!
