CUÁNDO USARLO
El orden de los productos de tu rutina cutánea dependerá de su consistencia; la regla general es utilizar primero las fórmulas más finas para facilitar su absorción. Como este sérum para el contorno de ojos tiene una textura fina y ligera, aplicar después de Revitalift Derm Intensives 1.5% Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum y antes de la crema hidratante.
MODO DE USO
Utilizar sobre la piel limpia por la mañana y por la noche siguiendo estos pasos
Paso 1. Sumergir una vez el aplicador en el frasco y extender por el párpado.
Paso 2. Masajear el sérum en pequeños círculos bajo el ojo hasta la sien, repitiendo 4 veces.
Paso 3. Golpear suavemente el exceso de sérum con los dedos. Repetir la operación en el otro ojo y seguir con tu rutina habitual de cuidado de la piel.

I bought this revitalift for my lines and puffiness and ive had it close to 3wks now and the ball applicator is coming apart on me. I haven’t used much of the product and I tried taking it back to Walgreens to exchange it but they wouldn’t .i dont have my receipt and I paid with cash for it.im so disappointed because I want to use it ,along with the ball applicator. I don’t want to go buy another bottle because I’m afraid I’ll get another faulty ball thing..

Bad batch or new formula???

I have been using this serum for many years and have always loved it and would give it 5 stars in the past. However, I am not satisfied with the most recent bottle I purchased. This was always a nice thick serum and loved the consistency. This bottle however is very watery! I don’t even need to squeeze drops out of the dropper like I have always done in the past. I remove the dropper from the bottle and it just drips all over because it is so watery without me even having to squeeze the dropper. This has never happened in the past. I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch or if you changed your formula. I hope it’s not the latter! Otherwise I will have to look for a new serum unfortunately.

Not up to par for L’Oreal

I liked it first. It seemed to tighten the puffy under eye. But I realize after using half the bottle that I’ve actually have more wrinkles in that area. The area is dryer probably from the caffeine. So I decided to use up the bottle, but 3/4 of the bottle gone, it turned yellow. I thought the yellow was because the applicator was contaminated, even though I washed my face before use. But I do have a second bottle that’s never been used, and it also has turned yellow. All my face products are L’Oreal. So I am surprised that this is not up to my expectations. Highly recommend other L’Oreal products.

When I purchased this product it was clear. I have 3/4 of it left & it has turned a cloudy urine color. The bottle has no expiration date listed nor any storing instructions. Also, the phone number listed on the bottle is not a working number.

I received a sample size tiny bottle of this, probably enough for maybe 5-7 uses. Dried my skin out so bad, I had dry patches on my forehead and all around my mouth, my face was actually sore from this serum. It took a week of me not using this to alleviate the dryness.

Great Product that works

Found this reduced in Asda and as I use the day and night creams thought I would try it..Wow it actually made my puffy and wrinkled eyes smooth and alert..It is so easy to apply and drys really quickly.Am still on my 1st bottle as you only need a small amount..Am on the lookout for more but it is proving hard to find!

Not sure it's for me

Eye Serum with caffeine

My skin care routine is from Loreal, about 1 month ago I bought the serum with caffeine for eyes and I have had a very bad experience, it has dried up and almost blistered the skin of the eye area, I have 2 days applying petroleum jelly. I bought this product with great enthusiasm but I am very disappointed.

Don't bother if you have semi-sensitive skin!

I liked this serum at first; my wrinkles appeared to soften and my skin look rejuvenated but after a few days I developed a red/flaky rash in the outer corner of one of my eyes and then started getting red splotches on my eyelids followed by a pimple. I had high hopes given the research and reviews I read on this serum but if you have semi-sensitive skin, don't bother! I will give The Ordinary serum a try.

Not good for semi-sensitive skin!

At first I thought this product was great; my wrinkles appeared to soften and my skin looked rejuvenated but after a few days I started to get a rash/dry flaky skin on the corner of one of my eyes, then started getting red splotches on my eyelids and even got a pimple on one of them. I had high hopes for this given the reviews and research I did into purchasing this specific one. I will give the Ordinary serum a try. If you have semi-sensitive skin, don't bother with this serum. I would attach pictures for proof but the site isn't letting me.

Felt nice but developed a rash

After using this for a week, I developed red, itchy patches under both eyes and, worryingly, leading into the corner of my eyes. I stopped using it but the rash is still there after two weeks. I am getting some medication from my dermatologist to hopefully cure it. If L’Oreal ever reads these, can you tell me which ingredient in the serum was most likely to cause irritation? I need to know what to avoid in the future.

Product might have been expired?

This is the second time I've used this product and each time it turns yellow after a few times of using it. I was recommended this product so I had high hopes, but I can't get over the yellowish color. It looks like it's gone bad and it even becomes sticky. Have been using this product for 4 months. There isn’t any discernible change in eye puffiness. I’ve used L’Oreal products for years. This is the first product that has disappointed me. Considering the price, I can’t recommend it to potential buyers.

I liked the applicator, it had a cooling touch to it. It helped with the wrinkles around my eyes, I did only use it at night a few times a week because of the hyaluronic acid in it

I’m questioning if I’ll buy it again

Overall I love it but all of a sudden it’s turned discolored and foggy looking. Why??

I’ve used this eye serum with nice results for a couple of years. Unfortunately, the last bottle I bought had a problem— the four little massage balls fell off into the bottle. I tried reporting this to L. ‘ Oreal, but never received a response.

Made my appearance worse !

I bought this product thinking it would help my dark circles but instead it burned my eyes , it became darker, puffy, itchy and irritated! I used it as instructed I tried not to used it in the morning, just at night ! This serum also turned yellow ! I’m going to be sending it out for studies to see why my eyes got to this level of I confidence ! Don’t waist your money ! Contacted customer service all they can say is we’ll reimburse you , no no no , my eyes is worse !! I don’t even feel my self anymore , very insecure more !! Pictures below unable to post pics

It really works

I have never had a beauty product that did as promised but this is a product that actually works as advertised. The puffiness under my eyes definitely was diminished and my dark circles became lighter. I could not be more surprised and pleased.

Skin irritation

I have been using the serum for less than a week however my skin got irritated and developed rashes. I figured maybe my skin is just adjusting and it will get better eventually. Supposedly it’s allergy tested, I am surprised that I have skin irritations.

Good, but can go bad quickly

I love L’Oreal products. I bought the entire line. I like the serum, however noticed after using a few months it has turned yellowish, looks like maybe mold is growing in it. I spend a lot on L’Oreal products but might consider so this was disappointing.

Sometimes when exposed to warmer temperatures, our Revitalift Derm Intensives 1.5% Hyaluronic Acid + 1% Caffeine Eye Serum can turn a little yellow. This does not change the effectiveness of the product, and is considered normal. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

I am shocked! This stuff really works! I have used this morning and night for 7 days now and the difference in my eyes in unremarkable.

Product went bad way too quick

I got this only about a month ago, and used it 2 times, and the product seems to have already gone bad, it changed colors to a yellow color, and when I’ve used the product before, it would leave my skin super sticky
