I tried to love this eyebrow pen. It is absolutely wonderful for the eyebrows however the top pops off consistently and then dries out. I have purchased two back to back and have experienced the same thing. LOreal!!!!! please change the top dynamics this would be a great eyebrow pen otherwise. I dont think i will buy again unless the top mechanism change!

The dark brunette appears reddish. Strange. Otherwise, the application and appearance of the brow hairs are as promised. So far, the fine pen strokes and lines I first applied on my hand as a test are holding up throughout a busy day.

I have used a variety of similar products, and was so excited to find Faux brow. It makes my brows look so natural. HOWEVER, I have a big problem with the caps that keep popping off! It’s happened twice now, and while they are only 1-2 weeks old. I’ve tried to tape the tops on but it’s impractical and they end up drying out anyway. It’s really unfortunate, unless L’Oréal fixes this problem, I’ll have to find another option as I won’t keep wasting my money.

I splurged on the Faux Brow pen and loved how it gave my sparse brows real hairlike texture. The two times I bought it, the cap cracked and popped off leaving me with dried up pens. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I usually buy much more affordable brow pencils, so I expected this product to last much longer than it did and it be well made. I won’t be repurchasing this until the faulty design is corrected.

I recently purchased your Faux Brow in the color blonde. I loved how it went on with hair-like strokes. But the color blonde is almost black! I have blonde hair, fair skin and blue eyes, and the dark color looks atrocious on me.I actually applied and removed it 3 times trying to get it lighter. The color in your photos doesn't resemble the real color.If you ever make a truly blonde shade, I'll definitely use it.I'm really disappointed.

Love the fine tip application, however it’s spaced to far apart…would be better if they could decrease the space in between the tips or even better add a third.

Word to the wise if you have brunette hair DO NOT GET THE BRUNETTE COLOR!!! It has a horrendous red tint to it, nothing like brunette at all. Truly a shame because dark brunette is too dark.

Wanted to love this product, as I do love L'Oreal products BUT after following directions of Faux Brow on my sparse brows, they just comes out looking really cakey... even when I use a light touch. There is nothing subtle about the application and really it is unwearable. Not being sure of the proper color for my brows, I bought 2 different shades, and both performed the same cakey way. I am disappointed with this product.

A dream come true! The FAUX BROW is a brow girls best friend. After Chemo my luscious eyebrows just did not grow back to their original growth.... No problem FAUX BROW by L'OREAL to the rescue. My eyebrows look natural full and REAL. Thank you

I love this pen, however the cap consistency breaks and falls off. I would have given this 5 stars, because as someone with alopecia, this has been the best pen out there I have found for my brows. However - I have had multiple pens now, and each one quickly get a crack in the cap, and then it doesn’t hold tight onto the pen and pops off. Leaving me finding a completely dried out, wasted pen the next day. If they figured out how to fix the cap, I would give it a 5/5.

Okay so LO'real isn't a brand I purchase, however I saw this product and thought why not, and I must say Love this product it's my favorite. I've tried so many brow pencils and dyes, Mooses but no other product has worked so well. Thank you L'Oreal this is the best one on the market

Fantastic pen! Love the tiny realistic hair-like strokes at double the speed. The color was spot on, I only tried one (on a whim), and it was right for me. The top popped off, and the pen leaked a bit during a flight, like some other reviewers noticed. I had been using it for a few months, and just got a new one. Taping the cap/pen around cap closure on the next flight solved that problem. After using the second pen for 2+ months, I noticed that the cap was flying off, and the pen was leaking a bit (not during a flight). I did see that the cap cracked, and that's what I think made it not stay on. I just got a new pen, and was reminded how excellent it really is! While I am leaving this feedback to let L'Oreal know of the cap issue, I am confident they will address it, so I will keep buying the pen. It is a game changer - better than Anastasia pen (not to mention half the price), and allows me to only use one product to achieve really incredible-looking brows at a great price point!

Got blond and it looks more red than blonde. The color is not right for me I like the concept but very disappointed in the color.

I loved the product itself. As someone with alopecia that has caused me to lose half of my brows, this product has helped boost my confidence by filling in the missing spots. Unfortunately I just threw out my second pen in a matter of months because the cap is spring loaded and flies off. Both of them dried out. I am very reluctant to spend money on another one until they fix this issues.

I wanted to love it I really tried. I absolutely love this brand. I purchased it, brought it home. It pulled way to red for some reason and I shook it like it said before hand too, made sure it was closed. It leaked badly, all over my bag. I got it cleaned up, bag and component. I opened it to try to use it again and boy...... It leaked out of the tip and since I was trying to do my eyebrows it leaked on my face, literally all down and into my eye. Very bad experience.

This product is hard to use. It does not look natural, and once it's on, it's hard to get off if there's an application mistake. In the trash it goes.

The lid keeps popping off, no matter what you do and then it’s dry and liquid doesn’t come out consistent

I really like the product and the way it makes my brows looks naturally flawless. However, after buying this twice, I won't be buying it again. The first time, it was in my makeup bag while on a trip and the lid popped off and leaked all over my makeup bag. I thought it was a fluke but the second one I purchased popped off as well and now it's all dried out. It looks like there's a spring in the lid and the spring has too much tension. After just a few uses, the plastic part of the lid cracks and then the spring doesn't hold the lid on the pen.

This product doesn’t travel well on a plane trip. I had three ink pens, and when I took them out of the makeup bag in my suitcase, the tops had popped off and leaked all over. Plus, I couldn't pop the top back; it kept popping and wouldn’t stay shut. Very disappointed, especially since they’re pricey.

Great product and love the results but will not buy again until they fix the cap from popping off. Seems to be a common complaint for this product. It feels like a waste of money when you find the cap has popped off and the ink is completely dried out after just buying it.

I would give the product 5 stars because it is an amazing product. I use the shade 390 dark brunette and its amazing and apply nice and blends in with the natural hair. My only problem is the product says “shake well before use” everytime i give it a little shake and take the cap off i have a huge leakage all over and end up having to clean my sink, hands and the pen/cap itself. I love the product and have been using it everyday for a week but im not enjoying the leakage and cleanup along with it.

The actual brow pen is great, you can make fine, realistic brow strokes, but the cap has a spring of some type inside? So after you click it closed, sometimes the cap will fling itself across the room (I've seen it go pretty far). This unfortunately means that if it catapults off when you're not present, you can't immediately replace the cap, and it will dry out. This happens more and more frequently the longer I've had it. I've been taping it shut with painters tape between uses to keep it closed.

These pens work great until you try again the next day and find that the cap has popped off and it’s now dried out! I’ve tried them 2 times already thinking it was my mistake the 1st time but it did it again on the next purchase.. UUGG! Please redesign the lid..

HORRIBLE!!! I bought three and the cap flies off and it dries out and is unusable. TOTAL waste of money, This should be discontinued.

I barely have eyebrows and the ones I have are very blonde. Penciling them in everyday is the most frustrating thing I do. This brow pencil is a game changer. It actually looks like I have real eyebrows. I am one happy girl. Thank you L'Oreal 😊

This pen is great for artfully creating impressive brows. I have somewhat sparse brows with a good shape and this product allows me to have fuller and more definitive looking brows. IT TAKES PRACTICE AND PATIENCE though for the results. After using it since it first came out, it is much quicker to apply. Be aware that all of the colors are darker than I expected and it took 3 pen purchases to realize that the Blonde color was the best for me even though I have medium brown hair. Also there is no way to identify the pen color once you remove it from the package which I hope L'Oreal remedies soon. These deficiencies were not enough for me to rate it a 4 but I would have given it a 4-1/2 because of them.
