Double Extend Beauty Tubes™ Tubing Mascara

I am 61 years old & an avid yaga & gym fitness. type. I'm holistic by nature & very light on makeup. I absolutely love this mascara, the best I've ever used. Been a wk & so far ❤️❤️❤️

Cons: 1 ) The Step 1 - Nourish & Protect is white: I think the way to improve upon this would be for L’Oreal to make the color just a few shades lighter than the intended result. 2 ) Stains: If it weren’t for the fact that this mascara has SO MANY other INCREDIBLE qualities, I would remove a star for this. If it happens to come off, which should be nearly non-existent, it will stain. I am yet to find anything that will remove it from fabric. 3) Only comes in two shades of black. Where is the variety? Pros: 1) Volume: This mascara is serious about providing thickness and length. 2 ) Tears-proof: Yes, within the past 2+ years I have cried in this mascara plenty and it hasn’t budged. 3 ) Oil-proof: I have oily skin, brows, and eyelids. All previous “waterproof” non-tubing mascaras will melt or flake below my lower lid by the end of the day. This one looks as good at the end of the day as it did at the beginning. 4 ) Blizzard-proof: This mascara has been tested multiple times in snowy, blizzard-like conditions and doesn’t budge one bit. 5 ) Sweat-proof: I’ve worked out and even had sweat stinging my eyes, more times than I can count, but this mascara will not run or smudge or flake. It remains flawless. 6 ) Humidity-proof: I have traveled to humid areas of the U.S. multiple times since having this mascara and it absolutely stayed put. 7 ) Waterproof: Mostly yes, but also no. I have been in pools, hot tubs, in the ocean, and of course my shower, and wash my face in the sink. I have been splashed in the eyes in all these places. Just getting the mascara wet, even with hot tub water, will not make it come off. It takes persistent wetness combined with rubbing to make it really come off. 8 ) Sleep-proof: Mostly. Firstly, I am not condoning sleeping in any mascara. You make that choice at your own risk. The results are likely to be a crapshoot unless you sleep with a giant dome-eyed face mask on. You may wake up with flawless lashes or your eyelashes may become clumped together or flake a little in your sleep. 9 ) Lasts for a long time: Yes, you already know from various things I’ve said that this mascara is figuratively bullet-proof. But one tube of it also seems to last a lot longer than I expected it to. L’Oreal Double Extend Beauty Tubes Mascara may have a name that’s excessively long (just like this review), and it may not sound very cool or sexy, but it will be the mascara you pray will never be discontinued and the mascara you’ve waited for your entire life. Now make it in Brown, L’Oreal!

I love how it extends my.eyelashes The best part it is smudge proof and does not require eye make up up remover just warm water and comes off easily. Love it. Please never discontinue this product

One of the worst mascara I have ever tried. I can’t believe I spent my money on this. It’s like black water on my eyes does not even stay. Doesn’t even look like I have a mascara on made me look like I barely have hair on my eyes. The opposite of what is meant to do. I dig through my trash just to get my old mascara because of how bad this mascara made me look

This mascara made my eyes very, very itchy! The brushes do not work very well at all. Was not happy with it. I have had cheap mascaras that are WAY better than this!

Has this product reformulated? I have bought faithfully via Amazon subscription for years and have the daily use and shelf life down to a science. Since fall of '24 i've had issues where it gets dry/clumpy by two months instead of the normal 3 months use life, so i need to buy more frequently. This is very disappointing.

Favorite mascara for several years - need in brown

Love this mascara. I wish it came in brown instead only of black but regardless, this is the best lengthening mascara I’ve ever used. Zero issues with with tears or sweat and removal is so easy!

Best mascara I’ve ever used!!! I try others and always end up back with this one. I love how it doesn’t flake out smudge which I have such a problem with. Then to take it off just some warm water and the tubes come right off. No mess around my eyes. It’s just the best!!!

The BEST mascara I’ve found that doesn’t leave residue around your eyes as you wear it all day. I REALLY REALLY wish it came in brown. This is the best.

I have been using this mascara for years, its absolutely the best quality and super easy to take off no smudges at all no black eyes.

This has been my go-to mascara for over a decade. It doesn’t clump, flake, or smudge and doesn’t irritate my extremely sensitive eyes. It comes off easily with warm water.

I don't in general like multi-step products but this was worth it because my eyelashes were long and voluminous.

So far I am very impressed with this mascara. Why didn't I know about tubing mascara years ago?! I prefer to only use the black mascara end as the white pre-conditioning left my lashes a bit too clumpy and takes more time to apply and then separate. What I love is that there is no flaking AND my lashes once curled STAY CURLED ALL DAY. Only waterproof mascara has ever done this. I also love how easy it is to remove with warm water. Please don't discontinue this product and may add a version with only the black color!

I really like how this mascara doesn’t rub or smudge. It’s a little more difficult to remove than the product description says. I will buy again.

Love the product. However I really liked the double extend with the black conditioner and black mascara. Cannot find it anywhere.

I've been using this for 25 years since I was 18 years old. It's so hard for me to buy this recently that I can't keep wondering why this freaking good product is not popular these days.

I been using it for over a decade love it it is smudge proof and long lasting looks good even next day of u forgot to wash your face .

This is the best tubing mascara there is. I know because I've tried them all. Movie makeup people love it. I've used it from the time it was introduced. There really is nothing like it.

Have been using this for years! I love that the wand is not curved so I can control it better. I just bought a different L'oreal mascara because I couldn't find this, and have spent two days looking like a raccoon. This product is truly smudge-proof and yet comes off easily with water when I WANT it to!

Even waterproof mascara smudged around my eyes. My Eyes were always red when I wore mascara. I started using Beauty Tubes mascara and no smudging and my eyes are never red. Beaty Tubes all the way! Tip: Don’t forget the base coat dry before you add the black on top!

Only trying it because I have oily eyelids and everything else smudges. Not a fan of having to use two steps and it certainly doesn't make my lashes 80% longer as advertised.

Very good mascara, I love it! Hopefully they don't discontinue this product because, I finally found a mascara that goes well with my eyelashes. The mascara does not weight down my eyelashes and the volume that it gives my eyelashes is amazing.

I have sparse, short, straight lashes. I also have dry sensitive eyes. This mascara give me to die for lashes. I get asked what mascara I use all the time. I love that it just washes off with warm water....no rubbing or tugging or lash loss or panda eyes trying to wash this mascara off like others products. It's great for a full makeup look as well as a no makeup look. Most days I just do brows, mascara and lipgloss... The no hassle clean up is the best. I also love that it is dual ended with both the primer and mascara. One less product to buy/taking up room in my makeup bag. I'm surprised this product doesn't get more love. I have been using it for years, now it's what my daughter uses as well.
