Had successfully used the previous loose powder version for years. Since that seems to be discontinued, I’ve tried this version. The powder is hard and doesn’t provide good, even coverage. Very disappointed. Please bring back the loose mineral powder in the round container. Until then, searching other brands.

I have used this product for many years. I used to use the cappuccino true match powder foundation. They do not make that anymore. In all the substitutes are horrible. The powder goes on and then turns hard. The colors are not the same. I hate that they made changes. This is definitely a epic fail for this line

the old true match powder in the round compact was so good. it was my go-to foundation for YEARS. then y’all changed the packaging and apparently the formula. instead of a sponge there’s a useless little puff that goes immediately in the trash. meaning i need to spend more money to get sponges. and this new formula doesn’t look as good on the skin and hard-pans, virtually right away. the only way i can use it is by shattering it into a loose powder that i put in another container. it’s unreasonable and impractical. the literal only reason i’m still using it is because i have yet to find something i really like, the way i did the old formula. i know i’m not the only one who feels this way. i see the reviews. i don’t know why y’all don’t care about customer feedback but it’s a massive slap in the face to those of us who have been loyal for years. do better, l’oréal.

I do not like how it goes on and it gets hard so you cant even use the pad that comes with it. The pad is no good it gets where it doesn't work with the powder. I wish the Mineral powder would have never been discontinued it was the best. I wish you would bring that back. Why change what was working for everyone.

After a couple of uses the power turns hard. Not worth it. Years ago you had a brush on powder foundation that was great.

Bring back the loose powder!! This is not comparable AT ALL. I used the true match mineral powder foundation for almost 20 years and nothing compares to it.

The old formula used to be the perfect powder for my face. The new formula is a mess, the quality and coverage declined when it was switched to the new square package.

I was obsessed with this powder and now it is the WORST powder out there. It reminds me of the pretend makeup for little girls. A joke of a powder. It has 0 coverage, it is super chalky and powdery. I wouldn't even take it if it was free. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible

Shame on your for discontinuing L'Oreal True Match Mineral Foundation and substituting it with this nasty powder foundation!! We are mad and you all need to know!

Like many others have stated, I bought this product thinking it was the same as the actual blendable powder (W4) that I have used exclusively for many years (and loved). This new powder is just awful. The applicator pad is a joke, and sadly the powder itself is worse than what my grandmother used in the 80s. I'm so, so, so sad that you discontinued a staple in my daily make-up routine. And I'm even sadder that you tricked me into buying this completely horrible, non-comparable product. Please, please, please bring can the original powder and color (side note: W4.5 is spray tan brown, unfortunately - and doesn't really match anyone's natural skin tone).

I have been a 10+ year fan of True Match W4 SuperBlendable Powder. The newer formula seems dryer, and the puff is antiquated. Why mess with such a great product? Please bring back the original formula and appoicator.

I have been using L’Oréal True Match Super-Blendable Powder (N5) for years. Since last year, I’ve noticed that after using it for a couple of weeks, part of the powder becomes hard in texture. This issue has occurred with my last four packs. Once the powder hardens, I’m unable to use that portion because no powder comes off. I’ve attached pictures for reference.

I've been using this powder for over 10 yrs and I love the powder. In the last couple years the circle compact turned into a square and is now so difficult to use. Also the sponge (it was the ultimate sponge applicator) is now a 1980s type puff that is small, rough and super thin. I've had to switch brands because of these changes and I'm hoping they will go back to how it use to be packaged and the old sponge applicator.

I use True Match Powder since many many years N4- and loved it. The last 2 I ordered are horrible, they do not blend at all....very hard and NOT "blendable" at all. Why did you change...just wondering. Why change a good thing? I never will understand.

This product is sold under the same name, but it is not the same product. The product in the square compacts with the puff applicator is a different formula than the product in the round compact with the sponge applicator. The old formula was a powder foundation that had good coverage. The new formula is an entirely different product, not a foundation, but a pressed powder. It has almost no coverage. I wasted money buying a few of the new compacts hoping I just got a bad compact, but it’s all the same bad product now. I’m very pale and this was the o lt powder foundation that worked for me at a price point I could afford. I’m really disappointed.

Like others, I tried this after they discontinued the mineral foundation I had used for around 15 years. This product is a joke, zero coverage AND skin-clogging coconut oil? L’Oréal doesn’t care about the quality of their products. They don’t care about their customers, as shown by their lack of transparency, slowly and quietly removing a favorite product from shelves, all without being honest when customers inquired about it. This means they knew, and either directed their employees to give vague answers, or weren’t even honest with their own employees. Because of this, I no longer trust the brand. I’m not going to remain loyal to a company like this, so I now avoid all L’Oréal products.

The new packaging with the puff are horrible! I also feel like the formula was changed. I've to been a loyal customer of this product FOREVER. But the new product is not good.

This isn’t AT ALL comparable to the True Match Mineral It’s a cakey powder. Ugh. Bring back the True Match Mineral. It’s literally the only thing I’ve found that works on my extremely oily skin. You have tons of reviews asking you to bring it back. It’s wildly popular. Discontinuing it is a truly epic mistake.

I have been using the old school LOREAL TRUE MATCH MINERAL POWDER that comes in a loose powder form with a kabuki style brush. It was the only make up I could honestly say I would wear forever if I could. Shame on Loreal for discontinuing it and attempting to use this as a comparable item. The previous version looked dewey and kept me looking fresh, this new formula is awful and I hate it. I am on the hunt for another manufacturer that comes close to the old school formula .

This is recommended as an alternative to Bare Naturale and it absolutely does not compare. I’ve been using that makeup line for years because it matched perfectly and was fabulous for my skin. I will never understand why you discontinued such an amazing product. I am on a search now to find something like it because all the things you offer suck quite frankly.

Comedogenic!!!! Coconut Oi!?! Coco Butter?! and Mango Seed Butter?! No wonder everyone is complaining about the product change, Loreal really messed up here! Used this product for I don't even know how long until they changed the ingredients made me break out like crazy and caused a severe allergic reaction. Also, they are lying about it being fragrance free, you can smell the fragrance. At this point they either need to change the product or pull it from the shelves. I am leaving this on every site I possibly can. A company shouldn't be able to do this to people, like why have THREE incredibly comedogenic ingredients in a product. Also, I am a trained esthetician, so I do know what I am talking about.

Bring back the True Match Mineral foundation, this one is horrible and no where near as good as the old one.

Why would you discontinue your mineral powder? I used it for years, when it was discontinued in Canada I would literally drive to the states to buy it and stock up. Nothing compares, what is the reason for discontinuing it? Because from all of the reviews it was not because people weren’t buying it.

I am so disappointed in the new compact powder. I dislike the case, and despise the applicator pad it comes with. I throw it out every time and I purchase makeup sponge applicator pads from Amazon. I have used this and the actual True Match Mineral Powder for many many years (10+) I can't believe the Mineral makeup was discontinued and check often in hopes that it will return. With so many people missing this product, and based on the many poor reviews you're receiving, why hasn't it been brought back yet? I have yet to find anything I like as well, and it's very disappointing not to be able to purchase it anymore

I was a customer for at least 12 years. I loved the old c3 powder in the round compact. This new formula is horrible! It doesn't match like the old formula, it makes my face look dull, no coverage, and the shade is not the same with this "New" formula! The applicator is awful as well. I even tried buying different applicators and using those with the new product, it still is awful on my face. Please bring back the old formula!

Please bring back the True Match mineral foundation powder. It was the only product that had amazing coverage, didn't cake, and felt great on skin. I'm not sure why this was discontinued in the first place.
