This Korean makeup trend involves applying your eyeliner in a totally new fashion. The style allows your eyes to appear more wide, open, and “doe-eyed.”

HOW TO GET A PUPPY LINER MAKEUP LOOK

Put your winged eyeliner and smudged eyeliner skills to the side and follow these simple steps to achieve a puppy liner look.

Step #1: Create a radiant base

Korean beauty is all about having radiant, glowing skin. For this puppy liner makeup look, it’s only fitting to use a radiant foundation.
